I love not having to miss my work day and being able to schedule accordingly for my regular labs needed for ongoing treatment. I do believe Quest should extend their weekday and Saturday hours and maybe include Sundays. They provide a valuable service.

Have been to this lab before. Customer service is not so good. Today the nurse who attended me probably didn’t know how to take the blood (see picture). Not going back to this location.

Very busy, you should get an appointment and come rather than walk in. This location is inside walmart, so expect it to be always crowded. I had 1 year old with me waited for 2 hrs and they shut door on us. I thought they have some common sense to atleast priorities the infants

Pathetic facility. No available appointments. If they take you in queue, wait is more than 2 hrs…. Even then no guarantee that you test will be done. Staff has no clue how to manage the facility and no one to answer or help you. After 2 hrs wait, they call u in and send you back stroking your name off the list and no test as staff member does not know how to handle your case. Avoid by all means and choose other facility with available appointments to respect your time.

They kept sending me bills to my mailbox even after repeated confirmation that there were no dues left. Shitty service.. uneducated professionals - zero stars for everything

I made an appointment and my name was called about 2 minutes after I arrived and I was out of there is less than 5 minutes! The nurse was very sweet and friendly which made the appointment much more pleasant!

If I could rate zero stars I would. This place is inadequately operated. It is encouraged to make appointments. The first available appointment was 3 business days later. An hour prior to my appointment time, I received a text message stating to check-in electronically. Upon waiting in the lobby as directed after check-in, I was told by a patient, my appointment would not be performed if it was a drug screening.
Since you cannot call and speak to a live person, I knocked on the lab door and was told the same by a staff member. When asked why no one contacted me or the others in the lobby our appointment would not be conducted, I was told "I've been coming out and making an announcement."
A phone call would have been the proper thing to do. Now because of Quest Diagnostics' poor operations, I am not able to fulfill my potential employers drug screening.
Thanks a lot for nothing. Fix your operations and communications!

The associate I worked with was really great at her job and made getting my blood drawn painless and quick. The waiting area is small and it was packed at the time I arrived but because I made an appointment I didn’t have to wait long. I highly suggested making an appointment early because the standby option does not guarantee you will be seen. The people that work at this facility are the reason I will go back again for my bloodwork.

Mia was very helpful. She asked me to call my doctor's office since she doesn't see any order for me. She talked to them and I got what I needed done in no time.

Worst location to get lab work, Don’t even try to go there if you don’t have appointment they will never call your name it’s there in waiting list forever.

Worst location. I had appointment, but got delayed. They declined to collect blood stating that there are other appointments and asked me check in for wait list. Finally at 3:45 PM, I was told that its too late for the day. I was there for more than 45 minutes. The Screen in the lobby was showing currently serving as zero, but they never cared to call me in.

Very Pathetic experience. I suggest not to go here and get irritated. They will not send the results. They wont respond. They will not follow the process. Its been 5 days and still no update.
