Always friendly and quick service, plus we prefer working with a local company. They don’t have a drive-through or extended hours, but it’s faster and a better experience compared to the grocery store.

When CVS started charging me hundreds of $$ every 3mos for my blood thinner, my husband, who was already saving over $100 a month on his prescriptions at Prosper pharmacy, asked Jay if he could save us any money on my meds. Jay looked up coupons for us and we now get it for $10 a month, saving me about $80 a month on that one medication. Even though we have moved from Prosper to Plano and it is a 25 minute drive, we still use Prosper Pharmacy for all our prescriptions and will always use them. Jay goes way above and beyond any service you can get at the big chains.

This pharmacy is great. The staff is always very helpful and kind. The thing that I love best is that unlike CVS, they will fill your prescription with 1-2 hours. CVS takes 1-2 days if you're lucky. The only drawback is that as a smaller pharmacy, they don't have everything in stock that you need when you need it. They always order quickly and are very apologetic. Overall, my favorite pharmacy.

Picked up a prescription and was told by the pharmacist Jairam Gorle “Jay”there was a balance due of $45 because they had to use a different manufacturer due to shortage in supply. Usually I have no copay. I told him the medication was 100%covered by my insurance and gave them my insurance card. When I got home turns out they never even entered my insurance information to begin with and had me as “cash claim”.

Cvs stopped accepting my daughters insurance. I called they told me if I wanted to bring it up they could try to run it. We did and they ran it and accepted it and had prescription within 15 mins! The staff was friendly and the pharmacy was clean!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The pharmacist Jaigorkul is unprofessional and rude. This place is unethical with its practices with employees. I made a mistake working here for a few days and let’s just say I’m glad I got out and was eventually paid through the Texas Workforce after a long legal battle with this place. What a joke

Horrible pharamcy with communication problems. After trying to solve an issue, the pharmacist was rude and literally would not stop talking to allow me to ask a question. He refused to even look at a error my PCP caught with a compound. It such an awful experience.

Customer service has definitely improved here over the years! They used to hire some pretty insensitive employees but everyone that's up there now is great! They do their best to match prescription prices and discount cards. Location is super convenient!

Jay runs a wonderful pharmacy. Since moving, I now gladly drive by 10+ pharmacies to go to Prosper Pharmacy. He and his staff are very polite, efficient, and professional.

Pharmacist here is caring, but the Technicians at this location could use alot more professional training when working with important pharmaceutical drugs and the importance of administering them to people correctly.

Jay and the team are excellent, they are always happy to answer any questions I might have, and you can tell that they care and are part of the community, rather than a big chain. Excellent customer service and experience. Highly recommend them!
