I have been here several times. Always been a good experience… Louis was great. Today I took my granddaughter as she just turned 12 n starts middle school this week. Wanted it to be special. We had to sit apart as I was getting a pedicure n manicure. She was just getting a manicure. I understand that. But the girl …Vivian..who did my granddaughter’s nails was rough n rude to her. Maybe a bad day… but she’s 12! After we left, she was upset as Vivian had cut her too. We will not be going back. Not that they care? I work in a people business also…. So be nice, or change careers…. It was supposed to be a special day….

2 year update: I went back as I moved in the area and got my nails done again. Just as before wonderful service, very kind and friendly. My tech done a wonderful job on my short almond acrylic dip nails.
Original review: Wonderful service and very professional. Love the out come ❤️
Cleanliness: They wiped and cleaned between each customer. Always a fresh towel and quick to clean up any spills. Plenty of soap and clean nail scrubber at the sink.

If you're new to the area and wondering where the locals go, Prosper Deluxe is the go-to choice. Prosper Deluxe has always been a staple in Prosper and there's a reason on why it's the longest-running and why I and many other always return even with the new and flashy one popping around town. I've been to them all, and all are cash grabs with pushy employees. I have always been provided top-notch care at Prosper and never left unsatisfied. The owner is also a member of our Prosper community and is very actively involved. Prosper Deluxe is the go-to choice.

Got a gel manicure and pedicure there yesterday. During the manicure the tech cut my finger and seemed to be panicking because she couldn’t get it to stop bleeding. Not a big deal, it happens. But she put nail glue on it? That’s a first. So now there’s a bump at the top of my nail where the glue is. Then this morning I woke up and noticed a red splotchy rash on top of both feet that seems to be spreading ? about to contact my doctor to make sure it’s not some sort of infection. First time here and definitely won’t be back

I really wanted to like this place but overall I'm disappointed. The only pricing menu I was offered was for my pedicure, I was not offered or shown pricing for my son's pedicure and manicure (he's 8). I think pricing a pedicure the same as you would for an adult is ridiculous especially when they had a kids manicure. My pedicure, the last literally checked her phone constantly to see how much time was left for my massage which was her basically rubbing the same area of my leg (hardly a massage). For what I paid, they couldn't even offer proper toe spacers, they used paper towel. You sure charged me enough, you should invest in something decent for your customer: My nexgen was poorly done, he rounded the edge a ton which he never even asked and even tried to upsell me to get tips when my nails were clearly long enough. Other places I've gone to have used a wash cloth to whip off hands afterwards and they did not, didn't offer oil either. Needless to say we won't be returning, it was way more expensive than other places in the area and the service was poor

Amazing pedicure! Just did a walk in for pedicure at a busy time and they got me right in. Chose the Lavender Deluxe which includes a 22 min massage. Every bit of it was incredible and Hanna T did an amazing job cleaning up my feet! Highly recommend.

It was an amazing experience, very calm and they have so many colors. It is hard to find a salon that will do cat eye colors but they nailed it.

I came in here to get my feet done and they didn’t message my feet for the full time they didn’t a good job on removing my calluses and they didn’t tell me it would be $20 extra for color on my nails and my lady wasn’t very nice either I would not come here if I Was you
