I spoke to a woman named Leslie and she was one of the rudest people I have come across in my 25 years of life. Acted as if she had somewhere better to be. And didn’t seem to be very informed of the store.

Place to avoid from racist people as my wife got rejected to provide the service what was booked for. My wife 10 minutes delayed due to bad weather conditions, though called them after 7 minutes from the booked time, no one picked that. As per them, as per their policy we need to call them 10 minutes before for the delay, and no way they can provide their service.

First time finally going into this store and by far the best experience I have had walking into a little shop. The staff was so very friendly, the tall man with a sleeve is so sweet and the other staff were so kind. It’s very organized and super clean. Will definitely being coming back more often!

I love Pop shelf! Linda and Nicki at the Prosper Pop Shelf are amazing! So friendly and welcoming. I love Pop Shelf! I always find the perfect thing I didn't even know I needed. Great decor for home and holidays keeps me visiting. The prices are amazing too and the store is always so put together. I will be a forever Pop Shelf shopper!

First visit after goggling store name. Was not aware of this company. It is an upscale dollar type store. Lots of toys, home goods, toiletries, candy, cleaning products, shampoos etc... so clean, organized & shelves stocked to perfection. Really great prices too. Stop in this summer & browse their manicured aisles. Super friendly & helpful employees. Will be back soon!!

Oh new popshelf store in prosper location close to gates of prosper. I love the store very clean and beautiful. All the products are 5$ and 10$ mostly they do have more than 10$. You will find beautiful vases, flowers and household decor and pantry needs. Self check out options and spring collection is what you need to see if you are looking for backyard decor. Must visit!

It's a much cleaner version of a convenience store or Dollar general. Good products and quality products and of course some of the knockoff products but not bad ones LOL it's a very clean store and the staff was very polite

First time into a popshelf and I was pleasantly surprised. The store is well organized and I found great buys from sidewalk chalk to party decorations, and even some food. The prices were relatively good and the ladies that assisted me were friendly. I can't wait to go back for some craft supplies, as they also had a good selection in the craft department.
