“I've never been IN this pharmacy but my daughter's dermatologist sent a prescription to them. My daughter is away at college so the medication has to be shipped. It was our first time using this pharmacy so there was some issue confirming the insurance so the prescription could be filled and shipped. Of course, any time you're dealing with insurance stuff it can be a pain! But when I called, I spoke with Jennifer and she took the time to figure it all out for me. I have to say she was one of the most friendly, professional and helpful people ever! I will definitely use this pharmacy again. Thank you Jennifer!”

“OMG, totally not related to the pharmacy, but I have to give a shout out to Mario Barboza at the 2451 East University Prosper Tx store!! I had my daughter's favorite specialty cake delivered as a "work-iversary" surprise to the CVS pharmacy where she works. But the Door Dasher who picked it up from the cake company got the address wrong and delivered it to the OTHER side of town, to Mario's CVS in Prosper. Mario was sweet enough to call me to let me know he received the order in error. The cake place would only give me a refund as it was too late in the day to redeliver a speciality cake. I was so upset, I can't even explain. Like, crying my eyes out, upset. So, I called Mario back to let him know he could have the cake because the whole surprise was ruined for my daughter. Instead of taking the cake, Mario offered to deliver it for me!! BEFORE my daughter got off work! And he wouldn't accept any money for it, either. I wish so bad more people were like this in the world. He seriously made my whole year. Thank you so much, Mario!! And for the love of God, please, CVS value this employee!! And my daughter, too! They work so hard! Does anyone know how I can let CVS admin know about Mario??”
“Visited CVS located at 2451 E University Dr in Prosper. I was helped by RICHA who was very efficient and accommodating she went out of her way to assist me as i am hearing impaired. Your company deserves a lot of credit in having employees such as her who apparently makes customer satisfaction a priority. Kudos to her for doing a great job!”

“Had a great experience dealing with Kroger’s Pharmacy while visiting from out of town. I realized I had forgotten to pick up a medication from my local pharmacy back home. I called into Kroger explained the situation and gave them the info they needed and they had my rx ready to go by the next day. Breezed through the drive thru to pick up my prescription. Couldn’t have been easier!”
“Kenn, who I believe is in charge of gathering shopping carts, helped me and my mom load our watermelons with so much enthusiasm and care. He wasn't asked to, and we even told him we got it, but he insisted and said, "It is my honor and privilege."
He is truly is the kindest person I have ever encountered.
