“I was recently in to return some tools for my company and everything was going smooth. Customer service was more than happy to help. I was told to get the tool that was warranted and bring it to them to exchange it. As I’m walking back to the front an older employee named Jose approached me and started to give me a hard time about the exchange. He stated he worked for customer service and started to ramble on how the tools should be exchanged. Seemed like he just wanted to complain and was trying to take his anger out on my co-workers and I. We found out later he lied about working in customer service and likes to do this often to customers. Thought it was weird but in the end customer service did an amazing job and we were able to get an exchange done. As for José do better and quit harassing customers with lies.”
“I really like their premium potting soil for my plants . It's premixed with the things they need such as earthworm casings, coconut coir and more- taking out the guesswork, labor and extra space compared to buying all the ingredients separately and compared to big box stores, I hadn't had issues with fungus gnats in the soil.
The staff is mostly knowledgeable and helpful as well. ( Disclaimer, only once my plant did pass away on one's feedback but they honored the return).
It's unfortunate I no longer live in the area but recently when I asked questions over the phone before visiting, they were answered amicably and I was able to pick up two very pretty pink poinsenttias the next day.”
“I had the most wonderful experience with Shades Of green. I have been trying to come up with a design for the front of my house for a couple of years now. I picked out a new gardenia plant for my yard and Mark Caliga came out to plant it for me. I was discussing my desires to change the front of the house and he came up with the most wonderful design. He combined the gardenia with some micro Holly, hydrangea &
other native plants. The gardenias were planted in front where my dog couldn’t get to them and a nontoxic plant was put in the back for my dog. It had been such a challenge finding the right design for my house and Mark did such an excellent job and he and Aiden did a wonderful job installing the plants for me. I am so happy with how it all turned out!!”
“This is a gem! Everything you need for your lawn and garden AND a wealth of information for any questions you might have. I recently picked up dried molasses, corn gluten meal and sea kelp to kick start my lawn into spring.”

“Caloways location is a great place where you get the reasonable and reliable plants, we have been purchasing from McKinney location from few years, all of them are good. Special thanks to Rani Allu she explains everything in a detailed of each and every plant we ask for, suggestions, recommendations for each season, how much water needed, where to place, how much sun required. She has patience and shares her views, she gives trust to grow more and more plants for example like banana, brinjal and different kinds of flowers.
Need to watch for some of the deals on soil and plants as well, thanks to the management for well maintenance of all the plants and return policy.”
“It's honestly hard to have a bad experience at a D&L. It's all really straightforward, laid back, if you need help you get help. Most of the time everyone working in there is knowledgeable of what they have on the shelves unlike some of the stores like Tractor Supply. When you walk in it still feels like a small town feed store, no hustle and bustle. People catching up at the counter talking about life or their animals.”
“Hyper Motion is the best! Lori and Aimee are kind and honest. This isn’t just a place to buy good quality plants at a good price but a place to clear your mind. Everyone should stop by and grab some plants and see the chickens and hear a kind “hello” from Lori and Aimee.”
“I was looking for some sods for my backyard and I went to several stores but none of them had it in stock and didn't know when it would be available. But North Texas Palms & Pottery were able to provide sods by rolls and their service was excellent. Although my business is small, they were very welcoming. If you are looking for sods or other garden products, don't hesitate to come here.”
“One of the best teams in the metroplex. Had a wonderful experience with John in the hardware section this morning I came in with a couple of drills and was looking for batteries and he looked at the tool combination and asked me a few questions and was able to find a deal going on that saved me over $100 and got me a better set than what I was trying to piece together on my own.
Karen customer service made the return process super simple she was very kind and respectful just a great team all the way around.”

“This is the second year we’ve gone. It’s a family run farm that’s open from the time the tulips bloom until they’re gone. It’s fun to wander the fields picking flowers and looking at the different varieties available. There are staged places for pictures, but any picture made in the fields are lovely. Fair warning, there is lots of walking on uneven ground. If you have knee or hip issues, wear supportive footwear. If you’re on a budget, be careful about the number of flowers you pick. You can easily spend $40 or $50 without trying .”

I would like to point out that Lenea exudes so much knowledge, very prompt, friendly, and hard working. Each time I come into the store, she’s very pleasant and helpful with finding things. I’m not sure if she’s a Manager, but having staff like herself helps me to understand why my experience, at Home Depot, is always a positive one.
