Went in to get my vehicle appraised and was slightly interested in looking at hybrid Toyota. The sales consultant who I talked to, was not enthusiastic at all. Seems like he did not like his job, his name was Brain if I remember correctly. He was rude and behaved as I was a peasant. Poor customer service, he did not want to be there (I understand, it is slow in the car business), but the management needs to train the employees for better customer service. I probably have a better credit score (797) than the sales consultant and I am a business owner. When they had the vehicle appraised, he says "buddy" (I am not his buddy, how about calling me by my name or sir?), we will give you x amount for your vehicle. I left. After thinking about the experience later, I realized how unpleasant the visit to this dealership was. Train your employees well and make them like their job or something or act like it at least. Two thumbs down for this one.

Test drove a Cadillac Escalade on Saturday 12/2, was nice drive was good. Check engine light was on. Sales associates claimed it was only for the gas cap... but the 2021 Escalades in fact do not have a gas cap.Called back Monday to see if it was repaired and fixed. Was told we would get a returned phone call.... Waited 2 hours heard nothing. Called back 3 hours later and we're told the vehicle was actually sold 2 days prior. This experience at the end of the day will cost us $5k+ because we left another ideal escalade at another dealership with the idea that this car was available for purchase. Poor communication from the sales team to customer (Edwin) and poor communication in the office for even allowing us to drive about a car that somebody else has already purchased.Update: the GM called and made me feel better about the situation

I drove an hour to this dealership because of the reviews I read. I passed two other Toyota Dealers on the way and I'm so glad I did. I knew I wanted a Toyota Tacoma but wasn't sure when I wanted to pull the trigger on buying one and which model I wanted. So, I stopped by just to look at the trucks on the lot and was surprised that no one bothered me (meaning sales people). Once I was ready, I walked to the front door and was greeted by David Maldonado. Well, the rest is history. David took such awesome care of me. Gave me a great price on my trade in and on the new truck. From David to the finance team and the ones who show you all the electronics it was the smoothest vehicle purchase I've ever made. If you're looking for a new Toyota make sure and check this place out and ask for David, you'll be well taken care of.

We drove over an hour to this dealership to go through the Costco Auto Program and it was well worth it. We planned out and found my car through the phone and e-mail. And when my car arrive on the lot, I drove out there to trade-in my old car for a new RAV4 Hybrid. Since it was late and there were 2 customers in front of us, waiting for the final step with the finance department, our salesman (Edwin) ran and grabbed us dinner! Everyone was so sweet and nice. No haggling or pushing, just straightforward and doing what's best for the customer.

I was shown a Rav 4 that ultimately was not for sale even though I was told it was available when test driving. This wasted hours with the test drive, talking numbers, and many back and forth messages about potential availability of another comparable vehicle. After being told "a manger would check on it..." there was no follow up. I ended up getting KBB fair market value for my trade and a MUCH better price on a new vehicle elsewhere. The sales staff were friendly, but the slow response and lack of follow up was really disappointing.

Let me start by saying how much we loved doing business with Longo Toyota of Prosper and the main reason was Mike Lankford! This man went out of his way to make us feel welcomed and never pressured. Everyone we dealt with at Longo was awesome. They are truly caring and listen to their customers. Our family was blessed to have taken the drive up to Prosper for the best car purchasing experience ever!! We will be back in a few years to buy my son a Tacoma from Mike.Thank you Mike and the Longo family... the only issue we have had is why wife and I fighting for who gets to drive the Supersonic Platinum Tundra!!

Honestly poor customer service. We came in to see a car and test drive it but the sales person has had nothing but a nasty attitude the whole time. He hasn't even smiled once since we got here. Seems pretty unprofessional and uninviting. We really liked the car we saw but based off him we weren't even sure if we should get it.

I unexpectedly had to buy a new car last month to replace the vehicle I used for personal use and to run my business. I found a 2013 Camry online located here at Longo Toyota and ended up purchasing the vehicle. Carlos was great getting me into the car asap and was kind and helpful by giving me rides to and from my place as well as the bank.

My initial buying experience with Jeff Hall was rough, really rough! After months of trying to sort out the mess, I was more than frustrated. I left a review; probably not the one Jeff was hoping for when he asked.Harvey, their director, called in less than 24 hours, he had researched my deal, identified the issues, apologized for the mistakes, offered to cover fees and, said he would make sure the paperwork for my credit union was corrected. That's how the salesman should have handled things.Harvey offered to drive to my office (40 miles) for me to sign a new document. We decided I would swing by on the way home. When I called to say I was running late leaving the office, Harvey said the document was ready, he'd be there, no rush.When I arrived at the desk the gentleman offered me something to drink while another said he thought Harvey was still on the property and mentioned it was supposed to be Harvey's day off. Harvey appeared almost immediately. Harvey was professional, sincere and genuinely kind. He never mentioned it was supposed to be his day off. When I apologized, he was gracious! He's the kind of gentleman I want to buy cars from. I'll be buying the next car, here from Harvey! Thank you!

Just want to thank Kenneth James for help with my now what would be considered an old 09 Lexus RX350. Acknowledged my suspicion of a leaking water pump based off the long history of the cars and my anecdotal place I was seeing in the driveway. Also sent me a picture of small leak from a power steering pump that I recently had replaced. This was after different place that did a pressure test telling me it wasn't the water pump it was the power steering pump and I paid to have replaced even though I observed the loss of fluid from the radiator. Why the power steering pump is now leaking again is a bigger question. I would 1000% come back here and want to thank the person on the Google comments for saying come here vs the Toyota dealership in McKinney. I clearly see why.
