Longo of California built this location in North Texas. Huge customer base for the Service Department, simply because of the nearby location of Toyota Headquarters, aka employees driving Toyotas.
Customer service is not a priority, possibly due to the sheer quantity of available customers.
Sales and support staff excel at the face they put on Toyota and Longo. Service managers are incapable of correcting IT flaws in their process. Severe Muda.
Immediate assistance from Longo CA and/or Toyota Headquarters could knock out these simple issues to streamline their processes and improve internal and external service quality, lead times in service, and profit as well as demonstrating to local employees that they're as valuable as the ones working at the mothership in Longo, CA.
Perhaps local dealership employees are paid double their CA counterparts to make up for the gaps in local employee needs being met? Perhaps Longo is less concerned with its Service Department in Prosper, TX, demonstrating excellence and experiencing continuously improved job satisfaction?
Kaizen, Longo of CA, you're failing Toyota's most basic business premise. Do better. You're capable of it, should be doing it, and your employees deserve it. Treat Prosper as you would your mothership. They need the attention, if you want them to really excel.
I'm very disappointed in my experience thus far with Longo Toyota of Prosper.

Got service here for first time, normally I go to different location. Weston did great job following up with me about my service plan from another dealer and providing updates. Also, mention it would take long for a recall so expectations were set. Will be doing my Supras service here from now on

I recently purchased a spoiler for my 2014 Prius from Longo Toyota. At the time of purchase, they assured me that all necessary parts for installation would be included. I scheduled a service call for the installation, but after four failed attempts to get a quote for the installation, I decided to visit in person to get the work done. I also scheduled a state inspection during the visit.
Upon arriving, I was informed that the light for the spoiler was missing, which would cost me an additional $160, and without it, my state inspection would fail. Since the light from my old spoiler was still usable, I requested my car back to have the issue fixed elsewhere. However, Longo Toyota refused and failed my state inspection, quoting me $371 for the spoiler fix. To make matters worse, I noticed a loud noise in my car that wasn't there before.
I took my car to another place, where they fixed the spoiler for just $35 by adding the necessary brake light. When I returned to Longo Toyota for the inspection, I mentioned the noise, only to be told that diagnosing it would cost me an additional $210.
In my experience, Longo Toyota's service was frustrating and filled with hidden costs. They seem more interested in ripping you off than providing good service. I do not recommend going here for your car maintenance or service.

Experience at service center was exceptional. Technician was knowledgable and walked through the multi point inspection report and did not try to sell service not needed. Very honest.

I have always came to Longo Toyota of Prosper for my Toyota vehicles. My most recent visit was memorable though. After having a puncture in my tire, I made a 4:45 appt. I was quickly met and seated. Not long afterwards, I met with my service advisor, Diego, who listened to my concern and explained what they would do. Not long afterwards, he explained that the puncture would require a tire replacement. I explained that I had purchase a tire coverage with the vehicle. After finding the company, he called and spoke with someone who confirmed my coverage. I was able to quickly leave and be on my way home. This visit was memorable because I’ve been to places where the phone call would have been made the next day or I would’ve needed to be out the door with how late in the day it was. I really appreciated his efforts with taking the time to make the call and not extending the problem over a day. I’ll for sure be returning my vehicle.

Been servicing my vehicle here for years and always takes good care of my vehicle and in a timely matter. This time not sure what was going on but my vehicle was finished same day on Friday but could not pick up until Saturday spoke with a rep Saturday about getting a ride back to the dealership stated that the service advisors were busy and will call me back to get a ride back, 40 mins go by and nobody calls. I call back and same thing happens nobody calls. It takes them about 1-2min to setup a ride after the 4th time calling back I was able to get a ride to the dealership. No apology from my advisor Kenneth nor communication from him. Before or after. All my other services previously was fantastic
