“I've tried several liquor stores in North Dallas, including Total Wine, Specs, Siegels, Empire Liquors, and others. Empire Liquor is my go-to because of their selection and Matt. Empire is a smaller liquor store, but they have a great choice. I've looked into their tequilas and whiskeys, and they have a great selection that goes beyond most other liquor stores. Total Wine does have a much more extensive selection (probably the biggest of all the liquor stores in Dallas). But Total Wine has often tried to direct me away from highly rated tequilas and whiskeys towards their brands. I don't trust their recommendations, and it rubs me the wrong way that they push their brand over other highly rated brands. That's where Empire sets itself apart with the honesty and knowledge of its sales staff. Matt, in particular, has been a wealth of knowledge. I've let him know what type of liquor I like (ryes and tequilas), and he always shows several different brands and talks about how they're different. I've followed his recommendations and he's not steered me wrong yet. My wife was impressed with the Respodo tequila he recommended. This is why the Empire Liquor store is now the only place I go for tequilas and whiskeys.”

“I'm from San Antonio, so having H-E-B here in the Frisco, Celina, Prosper area is great. H-E-B has done a great job with this store. Lots of Texas theme products, helpful staff, and a great app for finding products quickly while shopping throughout the store.”
“They have the lowest price point by far. And a pretty good cigar selection for the novice cigar smoker. My only gripe is that I get a pretty racist vibe from some of the employees at the Allen location from time to time. The kind & pleasant ones always make up for it though.”
“This place is pretty goody! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They have an unbelievable selection of beer, wine, spirits, mixers & etc. Some prices are better at Kroger and Walmart, but they don’t have the selection. The occasional tastings of whisky are a nice bonus. My cocktail horizons have been expanded by staff advice. As they are closest to my abode, they are my go to shop.”
“Pretty cool store. They have a surprisingly good selection of craft beer. They also carry a lot of quality liquors as well. It’s a no nonsense, in a good way, type of place. You can come in and pick something surprisingly good out and leave without the hassle of other brick and mortar stores.”

“I was searching for a particular Italian Pinot Grigio Sparkling Wine (Lunaria) and found it here! It turned out to be the ideal accompaniment to the seafood linguine I made at home. Browsed through the aisles and left with more than I intended (mini bottles of Rumchata, as well as specialty foods such as Kalamata Olive Spread and Red Pepper Dip)but well worth it. Javae was the cashier. Friendly, courteous, and helpful. Will happily return to this location.”

“Really great little liquor store with a large selection. We stopped here on the way to our friends birthday party and decided we’ll be stopping more often for liquor needs. Both staff members greeted us and offered to help us find what we were looking for. We purchased a newer bourbon and gift bag for our friend and they even wrapped it up for us! We’ve purchased plenty of liquor and gift bags from other liquor stores and never had we been asked if they wanted us to gift wrap- Above and beyond!”
“I had stopped here since i had great experience at their Denton Location where the new manager Sandy was very nice and friendly. I found out that they have drive through here so drove up to window and asked for price for 750 of tequila - that tall old guy with glasses got mean and irritated and he asked me to come inside because he was busy in very disrespectful and rude manner, while i can see from window that he was busy watching videos and no other people were inside. I just left , didn't buy any.After a week i stopped by and saw a lady working there and so drove up , she was so nice and humble, her smile and costumer service made my day and changed me from giving a one star to a five star. I want to support these small businesses.Later on i found out she is the owner, next time i see her i will definitely have a word regarding that old rude man.”

“2/12/24: My wife and I happened to be in the area when we saw this store. We met Brandon, who was very friendly, engaging, and knowledgeable. We browsed the store and there is a very nice selection of liquor. The store was very clean. After talking with Brandon about my drink preferences, he offered us a sample of Boston Harbor Distillery Maple Cream. My wife is a coffee drinker and she really liked it. We bought a bottle, and I put my name down on a wait list for a couple of hard to find bottles of bourbon. We had a great shopping experience and will definitely visit again.”
“I love this World Market location. I used to go to the one by Collin creek mall but had to venture out since it closed…this one is worth the extra drive. The wine section is fabulous. They have a ton of flavored syrups and imported snacks. The kitchen item section is also top notch and they change it up frequently. I tend to be stopping by for the seasonal decor…they have the best selection. It’s always so cute!”

“Went into this place for the first time day before Christmas Eve, and they have a very good bourbon and rye whiskey selection. Was able to find a couple awesome bottles for presents. I can’t wait come back when I am buying for myself. Prices were pretty good too!”
