Worst experience ever! Spent hours waiting after was told 30 minute wait for an oilChange. Got car home and oil change was not completed correctly and oil leaked for hours all over my driveway. Store was closed by the time I found it.Brought car back next day, waited hours again for them to fix the car and no reimbursement for the oil change that was done incorrectly. Driveway ruined with oil.Do not come here!Service: General repairs & maintenance

As all emergencies go, I had a a flat tire the day of my trip. They were the only ones able to get me in to fix it before I had to leave. Great service!

I called in, they gave me an estimated time frame for how long it would be to take care of my tire issue and they delivered. I didn't have to wait any longer than the time specified. And the best thing they had, was capacity to take care of me same day. I'll definitely be back.

Came here for inspection a nice mechanic came out to my car spoke with me. Wait inside there were a 3 people ahead of me, but they were done quickly less then 20 minutes. The inside was really clean. They have a area where you can wait to work on your laptop.Service: Auto emissions testing

Negligent and/or deceitful practices was my experience. Misdiagnosed my vehicle by trying to charge $1800 for belt and water pump replacement despite engine code said otherwise. Turned out to be crankshaft breather valve, a cheap and easy fix. Imagine that, the vehicle code was right! Beside that, the customer service is horrible and Louis the assistant manager seemed lethargic and unsympathetic that they try to bill me for unnecessary work. I also caught him trying to lie to me, twice.To the owner:If you only have one certified mechanic, how’s is your management whom aren’t mechanics supposed to provide any oversight to protect your customers from being charged for bogus “diagnostics” and unnecessary repairs? Do you see all the negative reviews accumulating about your shop for the same issue. I doubt corporate cares but I’m sure the TX Attorney General consumer division does. I also feel sorry for your only mechanic that says he’s overworked which is probably why he misdiagnosed my vehicle in the first place causing me to almost lose $1800 and still not resolve the issue. Would you of returned my money, probably not right?

Absolutely horrible. Dropped my Jetta off for a state inspection intact only to pick it up with damage done on the interior. There are broken pieces found all inside my vehicle. Staff’s (Louis) only answer was that they were unaware and have no clue what happen. I must say it’s interesting that three separate individuals working in and near my car have idea how this could happen when I know for a fact, there was nothing broken at time of drop off. Tried contacting the GM, Bryant. Surely he makes word on their promises of customer service being their #1 priority. Especially when this company is BREAKING customer vehicles.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Truly elite service. These guys have been honest, reliable, and professional every single time I’ve been. Special shout out to Louis. He is the man. I’ll forever go to these guys because I feel like they take pride in their work, love what they do, and don’t want to charge you for things you don’t need. I am so impressed with the Prosper Kwik Kar! We were going to Florida on a road trip and they got us in and we’re fast and got the car road trip worthy and the car is running great. Then as things usually happen our brake lights went out when we left and luckily we just left our house. So we went back up there and got us in immediately and diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and we were out in 20 min. They are all about service and doing what is best for you and your car! Thanks guys for everything!

Went in for an inspection. The new manager heard something rubbing and just fixed it for me free of charge. Good guy, great service! Highly recommended!
