It is okay place for groceries and produce, but not a place that cares about customer satisfaction. The HEB that will open opposite to this place is going to take away lot of the current customers.

90% of the employees are trashy teenagers who just stand by the registers and gossip instead of doing their jobs.they have a whole charcuterie section, but they lack in basic food staples.The other day when I was there, there was a broken jar of honey in the jam aisle on the floor and multiple employees walked by and didn’t do anything while a bunch of teenagers tap danced in the puddle of honey for TikTok videos.also, why is the store like 90° inside?On a prior occasion, a girl who was “in training“ was not being supervised by anyone, and threw Raw chicken face down on my baby food while she was checking me out and didn’t help me anything and was gossiping with her friend the entire time.I always leave the store in a bad mood. I’ve only gone there three times because I hate it so much.

They wouldn't let me return this pitiful orchid I bought a couple days prior.Orchid flowers are supposed to last months but two days after purchase the flowers fell off so I wanted to return or exchange the plant. Apparently there is a HIDDEN POLICY that says ALL SALES FINAL on plants but it is NOT POSTED!

The store itself is clean & organized but consistently you will need to bring a cart from the parking lot as the entrance never has any. It'd be nice to have cashiers with basic customer service skills.I greeted the cashier & did not get any response, no hello, no thank you when handing me the receipt either.This was not the 1st time the cashiers have been more into their conversations with the baggers and other staff than with the customer. As a customer who feels the sting of ever increasing prices, it'd be nice to at least have a pleasant interaction at checkout. I see why everywhere is doing self checkout. :(

This store pisses me off every time I come here. The self checkout sucks, if you have to call an attendant the response time sucks. I have left my groceries on the checkout 2 different times. I can't wait till HEB opens up across the street. This place seems so under staffed all the time.

This Kroger has filled outside balloons with helium for me multiple times, but when my husband went to fill 2 balloons all of a sudden the policy changed. The woman working at the floral section was incredibly disrespectful and wouldn't even make eye contact with my husband. I called to inquire why and the person I spoke with said it's been their policy for at least 3 years. We've been living here for just over a year. Seems odd that we were able to use this service on multiple occasions and now all of a suddent the policy has changed.If the policy has in fact changed then that's ok, but what really put us off was the attitude from the attendant in the floral section. Incredibly rude and just reinforced our previous decision to shop for groceries elsewhere(HEB). And yes we take the drive all the way to Frisco to avoid this place.

Don’t be in a rush at the new upgrades store. They put locked cases for standard things like laundry detergent, so you’ll have to wait for an employee to come unlock it for you.

This will most likely fall on deaf ears but, please invest in more checkouts open after 10pm. This location has a huge population that shops late night and it really sucks walking in and waiting in like for 20-30 mins at the self checkout because only 3 are working (and all 3 don’t take cash). All were blinking for 10 mins with no employees to be found (other than 5 rent-a-cops staring everyone down). Manager eventually came out with an attitude. Very annoying that this simple job can never be done right at this location. This specific Kroger needs a new management team because they definitely don’t give two craps about this store. HEB will shutter this location when it opens.

This rating is based on several experiences. The worse grocery store I have ever been in. Very poorly managed and severely understaffed. They f you want a cart then you better go it yourself from the parking lot. Last night was the last straw for me. I walked into the store to find the produce section completely empty and looking like the zombie apocalypse just started. I immediately left and drove 10 min south to Market Street. I will never again step foot in that Kroger.

Poor management. Andrea, the manager was so mean & rude. I was talking to her about the items I wanted to return, obviously chose not to hear my side & solve the issue. She flared up, so arrogant & walked away. She only listened to the two idiots at the costumer service who obviously don’t know what to do either . What kind of management is that? Bunch of idiots. The manager is supposed to talk nicely to the costumers & problem solve the issue but she decided to leave & saying non sense words.Andrea is very unprofessional & has bad breath. I almost faint where I was standing. ? I think a manager should posses a good character. They need to be presentable, talk professional to the costumers. And at least neat.

The pharmacist at this location that works with her hair over her badge and checks to see if it is cover before being rude to a customer that did not ask for her help, is the absolute worst human. Third time trying to use my local Kroger has my primary pharmacy and everytime this same woman is the worst. Hats for to the Tech team for good customer service they have the most leadership.
