They should increase more self checkout kiosks. Too much of waiting now.

Customer service was terrible, they never have any registers open and self checkout is your only option. Looking forward to HEB opening soon since Kroger is always an upset.

No help! Staff watches you check out groceries and when the light blinks for customer assistance the checker watcher /guard gets an attitude. It’s not my fault you chose your job and Kroger is short staffed. To the upper management please retrain staff on customer service skills.
