Visited the store twice this week. The first time Cindy was very helpful and thorough helping us choose a necklace and charm. The second we visited Lydia helped us and she was so patient while I tried on different sizes and styles of chains. I left completely happy with the chain I purchased and was very glad that they were more than willing to let me try on and ask questions. Thank you ladies!!!

I was visiting the area from out of state, so I packed my James Avery items. I had several charms put on different bracelets and everything shined. The associates were helpful and patient. I will definitely visit again!

Today I encountered the rudest salesperson. She was quick to make assumptions and had NO compassion. I do NOT recommend this location as they do not uphold Christian values.
