I could not get anyone to respond to emails or answer the phone for weeks. When I finally got an answer, I was told they were full and that there were no other options. The guy on the phone sounded annoyed that I was calling. Clearly they need to update their website or take it down entirely, since they have all the business they care to have.

Giving them two stars mostly out of pity. I really wanted to go with local storage vs a national company... called High Point twice and sent one email. Never got a response. If they are full, all they needed to do was give me the courtesy of a call or email to let me know.
