Disappointing Experience: Unwelcoming AtmosphereMy recent visit to Great Clips was marred by unwelcoming behavior from one employee. Despite having an Emotional Support Animal, I was told it wasn't allowed inside, and the employee's demeanor felt privileged and rude. Disappointing customer service overall.

Me and my friend got our haircuts by Kobe (as written on the receipt), and we were not satisfied with the service. I asked for a certain type of cut, but he told me no since it wouldn't look good with my hair texture. He assumed I just wanted to get my haircut this way due to recent trends, and I understand that it is his job to inform me when something would not look good on me as a hair stylist. However, he was unwilling to listen to me, and I have been getting that same cut for over 10 years now, I know that's what I like.My friends and I came in for a simple trim. He showed me and my friend he would cut off a certain amount of hair (1 inch), but he ended up cutting our hair so much shorter than we wanted (3 or so inches). He told me he cut off all my damaged hair ( it was bleached hair that I was hoping to dye again after my trim), but that is not what I wanted.He cut my hair fairly nice on one side, but super choppy on the other side. He left my friends hair uneven with random long strands.A hair stylist should give their input when helping the customer, but at the end of the day, they should listen to what the customer wants. The customer knows how their hair works the best. We don't need someone mansplaning it to us and dismissing our opinions. Would not recommend him for women's haircuts, hopefully he is better for men.

Very disapointing; they can not get it right. They have one or two Good hair dressers; if we don't book with one of them: it's a "Mess". The kids haircuts are Awful; ugly and don't look that they were done in a " Haircut place"!.

The "Lady Manager" is very rude, unethical, using bad words in front of customers & Kids. Also she was yelling at customers that scared kids in the Salon.If kids trying to call thier parents during their haircut , she didn't like it and talking rudly with my son."" I just recently had a walk in for a haircut and one of the ladies that cut my hair was extremely rude and unprofessional the entire experience. Blamed it all on her manager when she realized I wasn’t having a great experience. Thankfully the guy working next to her was nice enough to help me out before I got up and walked out. Pick a different location.

They were quite arrogant and unpleasant when I visited yesterday with my child. Overall, they have zero customer service but this is not unacceptable. Calling out to make a formal complaint about their technician with the management /owner in charge of this business.
