fine instead of without hair cur at all , but could be Much better, missed spots, all around looks spotty , and you happy that you make new record for 12 minutes , usually it takes 30-48 minute if Pro shop , , Please spend extra 4 minutes to make it Right !, the 4-6 minutes doesn’t let you make big/Crazy money ,but the Reputation of you like person , like representation of the salon .living tips in place like this waste of money !even if you doing your job for $5 it must me at least good, You gave this price so make it perfect , or increase the prices ,to get satisfaction from this job …two weeks earlier it was done by Julia, it was Perfect ! she spent 20-27 minutes .

Quite literally the worst haircut I've ever had. I essentially paid $65 to have my hair butchered. I came in asking for a trim up on my face framing layers and to have layers added in. I walked out with and UNEVEN shelf. We spent extra time trying to point out the problem and still it was awful. I asked for my hair to be blow dried so I could see the layers as they looked uneven wet and was charged an additional $40 for a styling? There was no styling involved. I was told that the layers were blended and it was just the thickness of my hair and the direction of the blow dried hair.It. Was. Not.I verbalized my concerns before, during and after and was assured it would look better once I washed and dried it. I was then offered to come back "at no charge" to have it fixed. I should have known better, but honestly it doesn't excuse the lack of knowledge the staff has.I've since contacted a handful of hairdressers who were shocked I was allowed to leave the location the way I did. The hairdresser was kind, but unfortunately, it did not make-up for the chop job.Please take your business elsewhere.

I usually get my hair cut by Nina but she wasn’t there so I settled for someone else. This lady was in a black hat with blonde hair. I should have just waited and not have done it, I have curly hair but I just wanted a trim. She didn’t even wet my hair! I even told her that normally they wet it and then they cut it. She was like “oh I don’t do it on curly hair!” I don’t know how bad it is yet but just the way we were done in less than 10 min. I knew she’d done a bad job. She didn’t even comb it and measure before cutting.If you are getting it cut by Nina, then it’s great. Don’t let the lady with the black hat touch your hair!!

This location sucks . I went back cause Tara did a great job when someone from this location messed my hair up . Tara no longer cuts hair happy that she is promoted but miss her .MY whole happy was so happy when Tara used to cut our hair. Never going back

This was my first time hair cut in USA after seeing reviews of all near by haircut saloons this seemed to be a good option and went there staff was great and done their job really good

I have been going to this place for 2-3 years now since it’s really close to my house. So I took my in law for a haircut the other day. I paid $19 plus $5 tip (as I always do). The barber said thank you and didn’t even ask if I needed the receipt. I thanked him back and was walking away. My eyes caught $29 on the machine. By the time I got to the front door, I realized it’s only supposed to be $24. I turned around and asked for the receipt. The guy looked stunned. His eyes were wide open and looked frozen. I asked why is it $29 when I tipped only 5. He goes, “I didn’t do it” and stayed frozen. I am looking for an explanation why I’m overcharged on the tip. No words at all. I didn’t know what to say and neither did he. Then I asked, “So you’re just gonna take my money?!” He goes, “c’mon man, it’s holidays”. I just couldn’t believe it. So i said “but I didn’t approve the 10$ tip”. I asked him if he can reverse it. He said he’ll talk to the manager and will keep the receipt. I asked him if he can print a duplicate one for me. NOPE. The machine apparently cannot reprint a receipt. Unbelievable. So I took a picture of it. If he talked to the manager, he/she prolly didn’t care. Coz today, my bank transaction shows $29.So now is it just normal to steal customer’s money?! $5 isn’t a big deal but this is just unethical and immoral. I am just as shocked as that barber (Brandon) when I caught him stealing my money.

I recently visited Gates of Prosper Hair Clips, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The incident occurred on 11/12/2023, and it compelled me to share my thoughts on the service I received.Upon entering the salon, I encountered an incredibly rude hairdresser who made my visit highly uncomfortable. What stood out the most was her tone and demeanor, especially when interacting with me, a person of brown ethnicity. Her ordering tone and dismissive attitude were unacceptable.When I inquired about the abrupt change in her tone, hoping for a better understanding, the situation took a turn for the worse. To my surprise, she refused to provide any service altogether, leaving me bewildered and disappointed. This unwarranted behavior not only reflected poorly on the salon's professionalism but also left me with a sense of disrespect and frustration.To make matters worse, the entire ordeal resulted in a two-hour wait without any resolution, leading me to seek services elsewhere. This experience was not only inconvenient but also a waste of time and energy.As a customer, I believe that no one should have to endure such treatment, regardless of their background. It is disheartening to see a business allow such behavior, as it tarnishes its reputation and leaves a lasting negative impression.I hope the management of Gates of Prosper Hair Clips takes this feedback seriously and addresses the need for improved customer service and employee training. Discrimination and rudeness have no place in any establishment, and it's my sincere hope that steps are taken to ensure a more inclusive and respectful environment for all customers in the future.
