I've gone to this location for over a year now, and every experience has been awesome. I've been to several locations in Texas and California, and this has definitely been the BEST! Kayla is my absolute favorite, but I have also used Amanda and she was great too! Kayla will make you feel comfortable and does an amazing job EVERY time!

I have been getting Brazilian waxes from Kayla for a while now, and I couldn't be happier with the service she provides. Kayla does an excellent job every time, ensuring the experience is as comfortable and pleasant as possible. She listens attentively to my preferences and concerns, and her skillful technique always leaves me satisfied with the results. Beyond her expertise, Kayla is a fantastic conversationalist, making each session enjoyable and relaxed.The manager, Jennifer, adds to the positive experience at the center. She is incredibly helpful and remembers me each time I visit, which makes me feel valued as a customer. Both Jennifer and Layla greet me warmly every time, and they always make sure I am informed about the latest deals and promotions. The friendly and professional atmosphere they create makes every visit a delight. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for top-notch service and a welcoming environment.

So Amanda is my normal girl but this week I had to choose someone else to do my Brazilian and underarms, and oh my gosh. I understand sometimes with Brazilians there’s ingrown hairs and whatnot but there was clearly like a huge section of hairs scattered throughout and she said I was done. And I was like “oh I’m sorry, do you mind getting these ones?” And she said “oh those are ingrowns and probably aren’t ready to come up yet.” Girl, there was tons of hair and yes I have ingrowns, but not that many. She passed over it again and played it off like “oh looks like those ingrown hairs were ready!” I’ve been with EWC for 8 years. I don’t think so ? it was just so sloppy, she didn’t even get everything. I had plenty of hair too, it was around 6 weeks since my last visit. And my underarms she tore most of the hair, so there was so much breakage. I may as well have done it with my wax kit at home, I just didn’t have time so I came here to do it. Just sucks to waste money and still have hair in both places.TLDR: go to Amanda! She’s great and makes sure you are totally clean. Was so disappointed with my last visit.

Best Service ever!! I was a model for Kayla, she was training a trainee Bailey)and hearing the education that goes with the service and understanding EWC truly does care about not only your service but also your skin care ! it was a pleasure to be part of a teaching moment!
