Love this place! Shannon, Staci and Sarah are very collaborative when I need some help with a project. They have embroidered hoodies, jackets, martial arts pants, black belts and backpacks. Currently working on beanies with them? Great work ethic, high quality and wonderful people. What more can you ask for! Definitely recommend ?

Was quoted around $50 but upon pick up it was almost $90?! They texted me to approve the design and I did approve it. But when picking up the stitching is horrible. No one emailed called or texted me when it was ready, my husband went and they told him it wasn't ready yet. When I finally called and demanded why it's taking so long the lady just said they only email when it's ready and they mistyped my email and even though they texted and had my number they dont text or call to notify customers when orders are ready. Again they demanded $80 something dollars but didn't have an answer as to why they told me a couple weeks ago it was $50 ish. Different person but the lady was rude and walked away while talking to me. Won't be back.look at pic, for $90 I expect better.

I recently purchased some pillow cases that needed monograms. Life got busy and all of a sudden my father who battled cancer for 2 years came home on hospice and was given a month to live. I emailed Shannon to let her know I was sorry I hadn’t made it over to pick up my items because of my fathers situation but could I Venmo her money to send them to me. The next week my father passed away and there was just so much to do and I forgot all about the items. I opened my front door to grab the mail a few days later and there were my pillow cases, they delivered them to our home in Frisco, their business is in Prosper. I have no words for this kindness. On a day that I could barely get up and get going because of my sadness, they saw the opportunity to be kind. I will never forget this gesture of humanity and I will now drive out to Prosper for all my embroidery needs! Thank you so much! ❤️

I had the most incredible experience with TLC!!! I need a project rushed and Shannon took care of me like I was family! They are a small business and truly care about doing the best for their customers. I was blown away by the communication and Shannon kept me in the loop with every step! I will literally refer every family, friend, and neighbor to this business! If you need anything embroidered, and want it done with excellence I highly recommend them!!! I will never go anywhere else!

Hope you don't need any items from this place to make a deadline (Like Christmas). If you do, get it in writing or they'll push your order back like they did ours. Want a refund? Hope you have PayPal -They won't refund back to the card you used. The quote I have via email from manager Elie Simon 'You'll take a PayPal refund or you'll get nothing'. Guess what? Not everyone has a PayPal account, so you guessed it, I got nothing. Don't make the same mistake I did. Drive 10 minutes North to Celina use Twisted Trail embroidery. They are half price TLC quoted and Twisted Trail got the work done on the date they said they would.
