The first year we used this company they were great. Last year we had to call each time to make sure they came out. This year we prepaid for all services & now we can't get them to come out. Lawn America is a very bad business once you've prepaid for your service. Three years ago lots of people in our neighborhood used this Lawn america now almost no one does. We understand!

Paid a year upfront to have him spray our property for weeds. Couldn’t get in touch with him to find out when he would be spraying afterwards. After a few days he finally responded to a text. By then we already signed and paid our regular lawn company. We asked for a refund of the remaining funds minus the 1st spray he claimed they completed. We are still yet to hear back from him.

DO NOT USE!! Extremely rude. We were by the local airport when one of their trucks came behind us and beeped his horn. My young son, disabled veteran dad, and I were going slow over a speed bump. We pulled over the guy flicked us off and drove too fast in that area. This happened today. So many other choices.

Lawn America does my yard and they do a great job! They also do my brother's house and my parents and they have had the same experience. I would HIGHLY recommend them.Kevin Foley

Service was fine but I have tried to cancel at least 5 times because I sold my home. The new homeowner let me know that the lawn was treated and a bill was left. How hard is it to acknowledge my cancellation request, how can a business be totally unresponsive to my multiple requests?Service: Weed control

Terrible Service, Had a contract with Lawn America for 2 years and they did a terrible job of stopping the weeds on my lawn and the just stopped coming completely
