Horrible service, when my car was ready, I was never notified via text or phone call. The person that was helping me actually looked at me three or four times for over an hour before I finally had to get up and ask him where my car was at. Then when I get my car my rims are busted up and the brand new tires I bought look used. Horrible service. If I didn’t have to go to work at that moment, I would’ve Definitely spoken to a manager, but it honestly looked like nobody cared. Not happy at all.

This is why we take our cars to Discount Tire, and specifically, the Prosper location:
Saturday night, my son got a flat tire. He got the car back to the house, but we discovered the next morning that it was actually 2 flat tires and possible rim damage. My hubby wanted to take the car to a competitor that is closer to us and open on Sundays to get it fixed. I insisted on Discount because I was hoping the tires were on warranty. They are also fast and honest. My boys took the car over Monday morning, without an appointment, and Discount had the car done within 45 minutes, told us the rim damage was just cosmetic, and told us both tires were under warranty. I had been looking at a several hundred dollar repair that ended up costing me $23.54.
The Prosper location is always great about fitting you in when an emergency arises. That's why we choose Discount Prosper every time.

They were professionally and nice. They did not charge for removing the screw in my tire however they did not replace the wheel speed sensor and that cost me $250 to replace for my gl450

Well as I suspected the technician ran into the pole just outside of the inside where the work on cars. AND totally damaged my headlight (it’s now pushed in) and front bumper. I live too far and didn’t notice until the following day. I literally saw him back away from the pole but not thinking he actually hit it! My intuition was right. I was already late for work and $300 later was totally not thinking that they wouldn’t report it. They didn’t! Poor service. I’m sure they’ll say no cameras, but I know what I know and saw. SMDH! I would think twice before taking my car here, unfortunately, it was the closest due to my flat tire. I have pictures!!!

Criminals.. They upsell you a set of tires with warranty because they cant replace, then once you have warranty they only plug (they couldnt fix previously because same type nail location not in tread). The receipt they gave me says they replaced 1 tire and the cost, but no new tire!! They are scamming the company by charging corp but not actually replacing tires!!!

Recently came to this location to have my tires rotated since they had a next day appointment available. I normally go to the Little Elm location. The staff was extremely helpful. They were also patient with all of my questions. Wait time was maybe an hour which I expected. Even though they were super busy they were attentive and made sure every customer that came in was taken care of. Their work ethic and manners are top notch. Thank you!

Be VERY cautious when letting this team change your tires. Please check and recheck your vehicle once installed. Management has not so far accepted responsibility for their mistake/damage to our vehicle. We are SO disappointed in the attitude/brush off we received from the manager. He refused to give us his manager’s information to get some type of resolution. The vehicle was then driven to Chevrolet and we were shown that Discount should have accepted responsibility for damage to the vehicle.

They sent me home with the same tires on my car. There was a mix up. Staff didn’t communicate with each other. Old tires were put on because my new tires were waiting to be delivered. I got a text saying my car was ready. So off I went. When I got home we checked the tread and realized they were the same tires. It was an honest mistake. Had the staff communicated with each other it wouldn’t have happened.
Another complaint is that I was quoted an extra $100 at check out. When I asked why? I was told they added a protection fee. I feel they should ask the customers if they want it. I declined because I don’t do much driving.
