SOOOOOO incompetent!! All I needed was ONE question answered and no one could answer it. I was being told to just go on the website or app. Website/app doesn't have my answer!! How hard is it to GO ask a question you do not know the answer to?!! Is it called problem solving and customer service!

They are so poorly staffed at this location. Never have syringes in stock to administer medication and I can’t even talk to a live person to verify it’s in stock.

Employees are very friendly, polite and helpful. Nice place to shop. Pharmacy is where I go for shots and advice.

Went to the minute clinic for my 8 y/o. They allowed me to schedule the appt and go there. Then they said she is to young for them to see. Complete waste of time and money when they could have said something while I was scheduling or when we showed up and waited in the actual room waiting for the doctor. Doctor is friendly, but nurse is not! She is very rude. Will not return.

The service here is horrible due to the fact that no one takes accountability. I was told that my medication will be ready the next day so I returned the next day to pick up my medication and they were still out. My doctor asked the pharmacy to call him so that he can change my medication and the technician said no in a very rude manner and said that they are busy. I did not received my medication and they are also unwilling to contact my doctor and change the medication. I understand that they can be busy but I do not tolerate how rude they are to me for not even wanting to show any effort and also give a very bad attitude back. Worst customer service I’ve seen.

Do not go to minute clinic for DOT physical..
The woman said I passed and then started looking thru their computers and somehow got into all of my medical history that I did not give her permission to look at and then started making excuses from medical treatment I have had 2-15 years ago not to give it to me.
These people will waste your time.
10 year CDL driver here and never had any problems before getting physical card.

BEWARE!!!!! This CVS has single handedly lost my business after 30 years of getting medications from CVS. The staff does not care that you are having issues and just blame thier poor customer service and thier app sending my prescriptions to another CVS on my doctors. They blame EVERYTHING that goes wrong there on someone else and do not care that you are having horrific interactions with their staff and thier system. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

They did not take me in even after I had appointment because I was late and they made me check in and made me wait for 45 mins and then told me that they can not take me in. Extremely disappointing and Worst location to get service. Hope this helps someone.

Probably the worst service, competence, timely, and "customer--could care less" in Texas. I must use this pharmacy in that I live in Senior Living Facility. I am embarrassed for this pharmacy. For unknown reasons top leadership cares not this store is so ineffective. Scary...someone will receive WRONG MEDS. Will pursue notifications to appropriate State Agencies.

Totally INCOMPETENT !!! One week waiting and still have not filled the prescription as the doctor wrote and submitted. Miserable customer service too. They FORCE insurance guidelines even when they are told NO INSURANCE ! We have the CHOICE! CVS does NOT get to dictate

Always long lines inside and out. Slow. Understaffed and no one cares. TerribleCustomer service. Worst CVS experience by far.
