Notified me that my prescription was ready, showed up and they said, "it's not ready, come back in 2 hours."I came back in 2 hours and they said they are out of stock and sent me to a different CVS.The other pharmacy closed before I can get there.Totally wasted my time.

This location takes a lunch break and closes while they are working. They were out of stock of my prescription, then they ran out of stock of syringes. While working behind the counter during “lunch” they will not even say if they have received more syringes in stock. The female Pharmacist had a lot of attitude for someone with a guaranteed paycheck. I will be taking my prescriptions else where. Perhaps CVS should research these negative reviews and make some staffing changes.

I get that we have a national pharmacy issue because companies refused to hire and pay enough for their pharmacist and pharmacy techs, and I know that as individuals everyone here is doing their best....but if you can avoid having to use this pharmacy, do yourself a favor and do avoid it. They probably won’t even mind this review because they are so overburdened with customers they probably want fewer customers... at least the staff would that is to say. Every time you come here it is an exhausting wait to get your medicine and that’s if they even have it despite the fact that you received confirmation texts confirming you do have it ready for pick up. I’ve been filling here for a couple months. I’ve lived in Texas for six. But for some reason they transferred one of my prescriptions to Colorado yesterday so it wasn’t available for pick up when I showed up. They transferred it back to this pharmacy and said they’d have it ready today. I called midday to double check and see if it was ready yet and they confirmed that it was still showing that it would come with today’s delivery. I called again two hours ago and they promised it was in location and would be ready in one hour. So here I am well passed when they promised it would finally be ready, and low and behold it is not ready. I just got done waiting in line for 20 minutes in my car and they told me that unfortunately I would have to circle back around and get back in line. Every single time I have tried to fill this medicine here, they have an issue with. If you’re looking for a sign to finally switch to an online mail order pharmacy this is it. This is your sign. Amazon has a pharmacy. I signed up today and it was super easy tomorrow. I will be calling my doctor to give them my new mail order pharmacy information so that my prescription can come straight to my door instead of having to deal with this 11th loop of Dante's hell. Again I’m gonna reiterate I doubt this is any individuals fault here, and rather a systemic issue. CVS execs should really be ashamed for not encouraging staffing to appropriate levels. They have the money to do it.

They never have your medications ready although they give you the time and after waiting for more than 25 minutes in the line they just shut down the window for lunch break without any concern for all waiting in line. Prosper pharmacy is probably the best place I’ve ever got medication from.

I wish I could give them zero stars. This is the most incompetent CVS on the planet!!! I have dealt with them since they opened because of that pain of transferring all my prescriptions. But after tonight I am done. Why do they allow incompetent employees to help their customers? They need to totally fire everyone and start over. CVS read the reviews and get a clue. Your customers are unhappy and ready to go through the pain of moving everything to another location.

Nice MinuteClinic and Pharmacy area. The employees are courteous and maintain the appointment. It’s clean and always has attendant.

I guess I'm not surprised to see the rating here so low. I think I'm finally done with cvs. I know they are an industry leader but I think that's their downfall as they couldn't care less when they have disgruntled customers. They put my prescription back after I paid for it due to their 14 day policy. But...I paid for it online just 2 days before. Soo, you put my prescription back and refunded my money...All I can think is "Ok, you don't want my money. Wonderful." Yeah, I have never had any pharmacy put a prescription back if I had already paid for it and one pharmacy lets my meds sit for a month and don't put it back. Shame on you CVS. You used to be so great.

Worst pharmacy to go to no one knows what's going on, I refilled my prescription on Friday they told me to come back Sunday I went back Sunday they said system says Monday I go back Monday and they didn't have my medication in stock now I'm stuck with my prescription at their pharmacy and I can't even get my medication horrible service

45 minute wait to pick up a prescription? I asked them if there was a better time to come. They said no, it's always like this. How about this, hire more staff? Just an idea. No wonder everyone is switching to mail order.

I would give a - if I could! Horrible service! From the time they received the order til the time it was ready for pickup I could have driven to Texarkana and back. Over 6 hours to get a script filled.

I've never had any issues with this CVS Pharmacy. They always pick up the phone, always send me a text when my prescription is ready and always nice. I go to this one even though it's further from my house bc the service is always great.

This pharmacy is always backed up. I tried to fill a prescription for an antibiotic for my daughter this evening. The pharmacist was extremely rude and told me it would not be filled today because she is two days behind. How is that my problem? If a doctor prescribes an antibiotic, there's a reason. I cannot wait two days to get the prescription filled.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I called to ask a question and kept getting caught up in the answering service. Ridiculous. I can't believe they get away with this. It's too bad there's only CVS and Walgreens because they suck too.

I've been getting multiple phone calls every week, texts, and emails asking if I want to change from a 30 day supply of my medication to a 90 day supply. I'm sure CVS is asking for the change to save on labor costs. I have always said 'no' since I want the monthly supply. Finally, I asked the representative to keep my medication at a 30 day supply and to STOP CALLING. Today when I went to pick up my meds, it was for a 90 day supply. I'm tired of talking to a brick wall with CVS. I have good reasons for wanting to stick with a monthly supply - reasons that are between my doctor and myself. CVS' badgering is unacceptable and unprofessional, as is CVS' refusal to follow the wishes of myself and my doctor. I've submitted a complaint to the Texas State Board of Pharmacy.

This review is a shout out to Ethan in the pharmacy. I normally would rather go to the dentist than pick up a prescription but Ethan took the time to check out what insurance I had on file. Turns out we never updated to our new insurance. A $70 prescription was completely covered by my insurance. Would not have known that if he hadn't taken the time to ask and try to help. Great job Ethan! Cvs is incredibly lucky to have you as an employee.
