She was personable and thorough in her dealings with us. She was detailed in her explanations and even took us over and walked us through the video teller process (this is new to us - hesitant at first but think it will be OK). “It's not the building although it's nice it's not the carpet although it's nice it's the people and one in particular who's the best I've ever had to deal with is Christina. Everyone there is super nice but she goes way out of her way to make sure everything is taken care of I can't say enough good things about her I hope she stays there for years and years. “Went to this branch before our cruise vacation to deposit cash and withdrawal small bills for tips.The staff was very friendly and helpful to make sure no rips were in the bills since other countries can be strict. We discussed lots of credit card travel tips as well.On another occasion at the branch, they helped us upgrade our savings account to earn more dividends which was great too!We've been rbfcu members for years now and it's great. Also the app is nice and easy to use.”
“I have had issues with my local postman, so I didn't get my card as it was returned because it was destroyed in transit. I didn't want to wait for a new card, so I drove the forty miles down to Allen which I'm glad I did.
I got Michelle to assist me with a new card. It didn't take but a few minutes to complete the process; furthermore, Michelle was able to update my account to reflex benefits I was unaware I qualified for.
The building, while on the smaller side, was kept in a pristine state. I have been banking with Navy Federal for twenty years now (ugh...where has the time gone?), and with the standards I experienced, I don't see myself changing banks anytime soon. Thank you for pleasant experience.”
“What a terrific place if you actually want help getting banking done. I never go into the branch of my big National Bank because they really can't help you with much. They really don't have any answers. They can't help you with personal finance or loans. It's really sad. RBFCU actually was able to help me with everything I needed. It was quite refreshing! They may be based out of San antonio, but they helped me right here. I'm now a member, and will consider moving more of my banking here.”
