Not sure why this place has bad reviews. I use it for normal banking stuff nothing crazy. Everyone is always nice. Sure it gets busy but other than that , it's been fine.

I don’t go inside the bank often, maybe once a year. We have been chase customers for years though and have all our money with them. Yesterday I stopped by to have a single document notarized and add a new savings account for my daughter to our accounts. The manager told me no one would be able to help me with the notarized document because the one person was busy for the rest of the day. Inconvenient but fine. We didn’t have an appointment to open the account so we had to wait which is fine. Over an hour later we were seen by a banker and he was very nice in helping us open the account. He then told us the manager should be able to do the notary for us. The same manager who told me no. It’s now been an hour and a half since we got there but he asks me to get back in line to have her help me. I wait again for several minutes as she helps another customer. It’s now my turn and she tells me to go sit back down and that I have to wait for ALL THE OTHER PEOPLE that come in the door to be done (basically no one else can be in the bank looking for help) before she will help me. What?!?! She said she needed to be helping other customers first! This is for a single signature on one piece of paper. Unbelievable. I left without the notary and now have to find someone else.

I recently had an incredible banking experience with this Chase location. I arrived a little early for my appointment and the lady was still assisting other customers. I took a seat and within 5 minutes, Moin came out and warmly greeted me and kindly offered to review my needs to expedite the process.I explained that I required notarization and had some bank-related inquiries. Moin went through my documents and informed me that there were certain limitations on notarization at the bank, and unfortunately, they couldn't assist me with the specific documents. However, he went above and beyond to ensure my other banking needs were addressed. He graciously invited me to his desk, answered all my questions and guided me through various banking options. He truly went the extra mile to make sure I felt supported and taken care of.What impressed me the most was Moin's professionalism and genuine hospitality. He made me feel incredibly welcome and treated me with utmost kindness throughout our interaction. After we had concluded our business, he even accompanied me to the door, ensuring I left the branch feeling valued as a customer. Thank you, Moin, for your outstanding assistance and for making my visit to Chase such a positive experience.

Tried to open an account in person and they had appointments due in the next 5 minutes so I was turned away.

if you want anything simple done, even as simple as a few quarters changed to dollars, they make it impossible to get it done quickly.

It’s unfortunate that Chase bank makes doing business so difficult. Even the easiest and most common of tasks are made to be impossible. But the most tragic thing is that when you finally have enough and decide to move your business elsewhere, there is zero cares given. If you are ok with being nothing more than a number then Chase Bank may be fore you, but if you prefer customer care and concern, find a local option. The lack of concern you will receive from management is unimaginable.

Not surprised this bank has 2 stars. Victoria was no help to me. I called and she couldn't help me because someone was standing in front of her waiting? What happened to people who knew how to do more than 1 thing at a time, the people and companies who actually cared about doing business. Pathetic, waste of time, I would keep my money anywhere but this dump.
