Tellers are pretty nice but with this being the only chase in the area the ATMs are always down, long waits for deposits. Very disappointing?

Extremely disappointed that they dont provide notary services to their customers. I will be rethinking about my accounts now. The customer service is not bad hence the 2 stars, but they really blew it by not providing simple service that their competitors so easily provide.

All problems solved within a very shot time, no waiting and they have all the solutions to you problems readily available.
