Adam truly saved the day! I couldn't have been more thrilled to have known Adam from years back when he did my first home loan. I was in quiet a pickle with Cherry Creek mortgage. And one Sunday afternoon and a Hail Mary text message to Adam just for a second set of eyes on my potential mortgage. He quickly responded and realized I was out $8k+ with a higher rate. I took a bold move and switched lenders and had full faith and confidence in Adam. My loan was a very difficult loan due to VA and the complexity of what was needed. But Adam did not give up he fought hard for my loan and it came down to the wire but HE DID IT. We got fully funded and cleared to close and now my family lives in our country dream home. Thank you so so so much for all your hard work and time. I will never go anywhere else for my home loan needs and will highly recommend y'all to everyone I know.
