This place was wonderfully aromatic. I'd heard about this place and had to go take a look.I really fell in love with the laundry items. They have laundry soap, and these wool balls that you add to your dryer.I've used these items and my laundry smells fabulous. The scent I got was French Linen.

Nothing says Labor Day sale like, rush in for your 20% off but not on Labor Day. What? The text even says "check your store hours on Monday". This is dishonest- yuck.

My experience was great. The minute I opened the door, the combination fragrance made me just want to buy everything. The customer was superb, the prices are reasonable, and it is definitely a plus for me .

When into to purchase some laundry detergent that my friend used on her laundry ( the sheets & bedding smelled amazing.At home doing my laundry with it: it smells so clean.Everyone was welcoming and asked what I was shopping for. I even was given a free bar of soapI will definitely be back

Super rude manager and the associates couldn’t answer basic questions about their products and pricing. Was made to feel super dumb for asking basic questions. I spent $45 on 5 bath bombs. And still the Manager got super loud with me when I told her an Associate told me the wrong price. “Well who was it??”Will visit Celina location in the future.

I am a regular at the Prosper location . The associates are always very rude and after meeting the manager Bianca who was extremely rude and condescending I can understand why the sales girls think this behavior is appropriate. Have been trying to get in contact with owner to let them know how there employees act consistently.

We had such a great time at McKinney Buff City. The staff is always friendly and were very welcoming while we had are brunch bar.

I love Buff City & I’m a consistent shopper both at Celina & Prosper location.Their products are incredible(minus the bath bomb colors staining my tub). I regularly use the bath bombs, lotion, soap & scrub. The stores are beautiful & I love shopping at both locations for aesthetics, if only their customer service matched their product.Requesting to make bath bombs unplanned is available & they’ve accommodated me but I always feel like I’m an imposition. So Ive decided I’ll only ask to make them if I call ahead.This week I did just that, I called ahead for a group of 5 & was given a time only to be told when I arrived that more than 4 was considered a party & was a flat rate of $250.00.Since I wasn’t informed of this when I called they said they’d allow it this once. Then when we were ready to make them & gave them the scents we each wanted we were told all 5 of us could only make 1 scent per group.Also not explained on the phone (nor what I’ve done in the past) since I wasn’t informed of that either they made an exception.Sorry but for 25.00 per person or $250.00 for a group, who in the world wants to make bath bombs from a scent they don’t prefer?Although they accommodated us, the miscommunication just left me & others in my group feeling frustrated.I honestly don’t think it’s good service to say “one time exception at all” if that was never communicated, that conversation should have been a business one after we left.“Another poor customer service experience at Buff City” was the comment.They make great products & from the people I know, they have loyal customers despite the price tag. Just don’t expect warm, welcoming service.

When picking up a call-in order they insisted they didn't take the order. It was a whole lot of trouble working it out. They showed no concern and were laughing when we left. We'll drive past it next time to go to another.
