Another 5 star review for this prosper location! The store just feels right! The staff is super friendly. I came to the store to get ready for Xmas and Julie the cashier went out of her way to show me one of the new candles she thought I should look at! Loved it! She also made sure I knew about the lotion sale! I love this store everyone is so nice every time I come in. Thank you!

This store and the employees deserve praise. I was welcomed by the manager when coming in and offered products. The warmth and customer service from the entire staff made a difference.

Bath and Body Works you have the best employees at the Prosper location. Annika is by far the most patient and friendly person I have met. She helped me with my gift cards that I had printed out and so patient as some were expired. I must have apologized a million times as I had so many printed gift cards and she never once was frustrated or annoyed by them. Brandy the manager at this store please give acknowledge her excellent customer service!

Placed an order for sale items as their store showed in stock. Got an email late afternoon the next day saying they could only fill a small portion of my order. The sales person said she had just pulled my items today. I asked for a rain check for the remaining items (was using a shower gift)I was told several times I just needed to go to others stores to see if they had them in stock and see if that store would honor the pieces! Couldn’t guarantee they would honor the price! I told the young lady several times that I had checked the two stores closest to me before ordering and they didn’t have them, that is why I ordered from them. So….a customer pays for items that show available, and when you can’t fill the order your solution is to send the customer on hunt in hopes other stores would honor the price?!?? Wouldn’t a more customer friendly option to be, “so sorry, we ran out of inventory prior to fulfilling your order. Your are options are….with one option being offering a rain check for the missing qty valid for a certain period? “ I’m sure you get trucks in on a regular basis!Seems simple enough! Then I know I have the items I ordered at the sale price coming in maybe a week!

Very nice staff. I like BBW overall. Good deals and fresh exciting displays. The strength of the products have changed dramatically but thats a corporate complaint.

Given that it was black friday it was a little chaotic, Torrie and Amanda were very patient. I definitely confused them when i was unaware at the buy 3 get 3 free. But on accident Torrie placed the wrong bottle in the bag, but that is ok.
