Absolutely amazing!!! The staff is so helpful. We came by today in need of some help and Tayvin came through! He wasn’t rude or short which sadly is the norm these days. He was chill and informative. He really turned our day around! Thank you.

Went for a battery replacement, and the agent (CSR #70) who helped was extremely rude and lacked a basic understanding of customer service. His behavior made it seem like I was bothering him by asking for battery service. When he was done, he just walked away rudely. If you don’t like your job, there are other options. Taking it out on customers should not be one of them. I've always had good experiences there until today.

I don’t know what to say about an auto parts place where I walk in to buy a car battery and the auto parts community college graduate (Mensa?) thinks that’s a perfect opportunity to school me on geo-political economics - didn’t know they offered such classes connected to high school auto-shop. So this is a mixed review because I like the place and they treated me nice enough. Would be 5 stars if the goober behind the counter was NOT telling me how Trump being elected would have saved me $70 on the car battery. Goobers be trippin! Who doesn’t want to walk in to buy a car battery and come out with vote for Trump propaganda?!? Why do people do that? Do your job. Let me figure out geo-politics on my own, like say at the car wash where they seem to know way more stuff about stuff. Goobers be trippin! Visited on 4/6/2024 at around 4pm.
