Love the place… particularly Coaches Zo and Riley… they are simply amazing. It’s immediately obvious that they genuinely care about helping people. I’m a 44-year old beginner to fitness (shame on me) but they sure don’t treat me that way. Can’t recommend Built 4 It enough.

If you're searching for a gym in the North Dallas area, your search ends here. This gym is an absolute gem. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, and the workouts are meticulously designed. After every session, you'll walk out feeling accomplished and rejuvenated. I genuinely can't recommend this place enough.

Excellent training for your athlete. These trainers are very knowledgeable and take the time to make sure that my teen is lifting weights and doing the exercises properly. We have done other places in town only to have my son get an injury and when we asked them to watch what he was doing it just never happened. This place is completely different. They understand kinesiology and if you have to modify they are on top of it. My son has seen great improvement in strength and agility since we started going here. Cannot say enough about how happy we are and how comfortable we are leaving our son's training in their hands.

If you want your young athlete or young human to understand how to move their body efficiently this is the place for your thriving young human. The attention to detail that Coach Zo gives to these athletes is priceless. The arms, feet, hips, and knees. My 4th grader always leaves with a smile even when its hard! Thank you! Look forward to many years ahead!

First time going to a chiropractor and it was phenomenal, I was nervous but Josiah explain everything with detail and provide me enough confidence to loose a bit of my "scare of chiropractor".Can definitely tell you my shoulder feels more better, still need to go again until I'm completely fixService 10/10 staff 10/10 location 10/10 vibes 10/10

Kavon (the owner) is a class act. He is a super athlete and he instills the same drive and competitive nature in his performance facility. The programs help improve agility, speed and overall athletic performance. As a chiropractor, I can’t recommend this gym enough! I have been taking my 8 year old daughter to Built 4 It Athletics for a few months now and she is loving it. She is a soccer player and they really work with her in the Elementary group to get her form down but also customize it to soccer. She is always looking forward to it every week and loves all of the trainers there! They really are invested in all these young athletes and you can see how much they enjoy watching the kids pick up new things! Really glad we found this gym for her!

My kids started the summer program this past summer. Within a month they made huge improvements! We decided to continue with the program for the school year. The kids confidence has improved! They have improved in their sports tremendously. Crazy how short of a time it took. Thier balance endurance and strength is amazing. Their grades have even improved! They love thier coaches and just want to continue coming. They beg to go. It isn't just for kids. Getting ready to sign up for myself!

My son goes here a couple of Saturdays a month for strength training. As an older person, I am thinking about going here three times a week to improve my own cardio and strength.The trainers are both professional and courteous, and genuinely care about the workout which is right for each individual.My son injured himself with a small muscle tear in his lower left back at church camp a couple of months ago, and they know exactly how to adjust his workout so it was not further aggravated.The cost is very reasonable as well and I would recommend using their services.
