Impossible to cancel contract. I acquired a back injury and have been advised to avoid heavy lifting which was my main reason for joining. They said I could cancel with documentation. I’ve done everything they have told me to do. This has been going on now for 6 months and I am still getting charged. They keep saying it’s canceled and it’s a complete joke and a runaround and a waste of my time. They are terrible at responding to emails and you can’t get a hold of a higher person not sure who actually owns this place. Unless you’re 100% prepared to stay at this gym for life I suggest you stear clear or join another gym in the area. Horrible customer service.

Came here in 2021 to seek a temporary guest pass to try atleast a day so I can figure out if this is the gym for me. Through work, and their connected partner, I had a guest pass printed. Guess what the manager lady told me? We don’t have any guest pass available. I even went there all dressed for workout of the day, with my protein shake and everything but I was told they don’t honor what their partner said they would. If I remember correctly I was told the membership fee showing with the partner is not going to be honored. The manager lady made the best attempt to reject me from joining the gym by showing 0 customer service. I said no to this gym and enjoyed going to Texas Health fitness center. Been a long lasting customer and regular user of the gym since then.

Since TD stepped into management, the gym has been on a remarkable upswing every single day. The remodel is absolutely stunning, the benches and machines are being tended to, and the new dumbbells are top-notch. I've never witnessed it in such pristine condition. It's leaps and bounds ahead of where it was when I first joined the gym three years ago!

I luckily moved and go workout at a better location. But this location was always dirty. My husband’s main location is sill prosper and he is dealing with an issue we had from the beginning of joining. But we could never get a hold of someone, employees/owner don’t work the hours listed and don’t respond to messages. Anytime fitness has a bad automated system so we are needing to talk to someone directly. It has been a couple weeks now and we still have been unable to get a hold of someone.Customer service - poorCleanliness - poor

Equipment is okay but not well maintained. Cancelling was difficult as there is hardly ever anyone in the office. Went into the office and got confirmation that It was cancelled and months later the charges continue. I left messages and sent emails to cancel yet they continued to charge. The poor service forced me to write a reviewI definitely do not recommend this location or gym

Clear discussion about what's involved, creating a personal plan based on age, weight, etc, friendliness, support, sincere, demonstrations, professionalism, extremely knowledgeable, punctual and the list goes on. I'm 100% pleased with my sessions with Quincy.

This is a very basic gym. There are no extras like towel service or a pool. The showers are not that great and the gym space is small. If you live near this gym and need 24/7/365 access then this could be a good choice for you.When you sign up they give you a key fob to get in. There is an alarm on the door that goes of if two or more people enter with a single fob opening the door. They have signs saying they check the camera and will deactivate your fob if you let people in or don't rack your weights.Parking near the gym is limited and tight. If you park further away towards Preston Road then there is plenty of space. If the restaurant under the gym is busy then you will have to park further away and walk.In the evenings the gym can get very crowded with mostly high school students. The early mornings are not busy at all. There is not much space between the equipment.They lock you into a two-year contract and force you to pay bi-monthly. Each payment comes with a processing fee which could be cut in half if they would just allow monthly payments. The management claims that the customers prefer bi-monthly payments as an excuse to refuse monthly payments. It seems like they could be getting a kickback from their payment processing vendor. I suspect this because I asked if I could prepay for a year in advance and got no response.All in paying with a credit card you are going to get charged $22.72 bi-weekly adding up to $45.44 per month. When I was a member at LA Fitness in McKinney I was charged $37.88 per month. This gym costs more than LA Fitness and has much fewer features. You really need to consider that as the LA Fitness in McKinney is 15 minutes away and is not open 24/7/365. It is a trade-off between quality and convenience.There is also a new Texas Family Fitness opening nearby. It is not 24/7/365 but has more equipment. Price is about the same too.

Wife left multiple messages and sent emails to cancel yet they continued to charge. They finally acknowledged a cancellation email yet still continued to charge. Finally had to do a stop payment with the credit card company which worked. Unfortunately, this is pretty typical in this industry so just know this going in. I definitely recommend not allowing auto-withdrawal with this location though.

I sent in our membership cancellation in October. He never cancelled us. I’ve tried numerous time to reach him by phone. He doesn’t answer the phone and the mailbox is full, so I can’t leave a message.He also doesn’t reply to emails.I reached him once by phone. He told us he needed our driver’s licenses. I sent those to him. He still didn’t cancel. He’s charged us in October, November and December.I finally paid my bank $30 to stop payment. This will handle future charges, but doesn’t take care of the past credits that I need.Now that Anytime can’t charge our card, I’m receiving text messages from the manager, Thedric, that we are past due on our account. Again, he’s not answering the phone, I can’t leave a voicemail, and he doesn’t reply to email.I reached out to corporate and they were ZERO help. Who wants to help me get a hold of Thedric at Anytime Fitness?! ?

This place is horribly managed. I decided to write this review today because what I experienced today pushed me over.No soap in ANY of the bathrooms and it’s been like this for days. Nasty. They do NOT clean the bathrooms either! The same label that fell off of someone’s shampoo bottle has been covering the drain of one of the showers for literally weeks. I look every time I go to see if they have cleaned. They haven’t. It’s still there.Also, you cannot find any hand sanitizer anywhere. None. They used to have it either in a dispenser or a free standing bottle but none. The automatic dispenser near the interior office window has been empty for weeks.Management does not care and it shows.

We requested to cancel our membership two months ago in writing and they are still billing us. Now we have to pay a fee to our bank to stop all future payments. The guy that is currently running this gym is a joke. You can never get him on the phone, return an email, or to do what he said he would do. Don’t waste your time or money. The people running this place suck.

TD the new manager has made some strides in improving this location. The places looks great and he cleaned out all the air ducts. A new fresh paint job has improved the overall aesthetic.

Do not sign up for a membership! Constant turnover in management and the owners never return emails or phone calls. We have come in 3x to cancel our membership with confirmation it has been completed only to continue to be charged
