Ramona, yes Ramona, in the auto department has the worst attitude that I have ever seen. If there was one job that she should not have, it would be one that dealt with customer service. They replaced the wrong tire and the other ended up having a nail that was never there to begin with. They refused to give us a new tire and said that it was a “paper error”. Ramona yelled on the phone, laughed at us, and kept smiling. It’s truly sad how people conduct theirselves and treat others who are just trying to get what they paid for. This autocare center lacks good customer service, self control, and civil communication skills. I would not recommend leaving your car in their care

My Walmart delivery from this store has always had issues. Either something is spoiled, expired, missing, or just wrong. On top of reaching out to Customer Care after getting any order is delivered, they lie stating they delivered items they didn’t.

I'm not a big shopper fan and Walmart is no exception, I seen 2 of them pick up grocery getter employees just walk right in front of other customers like they didn't even exist, the self checkout clerk wasn't very pleasant didn't seem like she wanted to even be there, I mean I get but if its your job try and do it with a smile and friendly manner, im not the happiest person but I keep it to myself and don't bleed it onto others.

The worse Walmart ever. Horrible lines with no employees.

Who really needs a review on Walmart? I mean, I personally try to avoid the place, but it isn't always possible. When I have to go, I wonder what sights I will see that day, and I have to take a Xanax so I don't lose my mind. The place is always busy. Usually, clueless people wonder the store seemingly aimlessly.

This walmart management is NOT the brightest thinkers ALWAYS has lines at peak hours & they don't think to have some extra cashiers on stand by to keep lines down.

The amount of time spent waiting at checkout and overly crowded path to the exits make the drive to Mckinney worth it. Even on 380.?

We usually drive past this location and will drive an extra 20-30 minutes to go to Aldi, Costo, HEB.
This location is one of the worst. The only good thing about here is the kind lady that greets you when you walk-in. Other than that negative 20 stars.
They are always out of stock of essential items, never enough cashiers which then clogs up self check out creating at least a 20 customer line minium, unnecessary items are locked behind glass doors so we always have to track down an associate/manager with a key which takes 15 minutes easily. Some of the produce/food selection is questionable. It smells really bad near the juice/dairy section when you open the door to select a carton. Whenever we even just need that 1 item and I despise going here to pick it up.

I’ve been in customer service for 10 years and this is just one of those times I had to say something. To the manager and service worker, I was treated poorly and it was very unpleasant. The nasty attitudes should be left outside of work. This the second incident I’ve had with the automotive department. Both times I had my son with me.
First time, I went in to get tires put on and my appt got canceled without notice and they made it my fault yet it was your system that failed. the lack care and customer service plus the way I was spoken to…….not to mention the way the manager came out once I had no answers as to why my appt. was cancelled, why I haven’t received a refund, and why was your service clerk so quick to brush my issue off as if I’m not a paying customer. Had the nerve to tell me “well you’ll have to wait for her (the other clerk)” inwhich my reply was “okay I’ve been here an hour with my son and gotten no answers” and she says “well he’s been here since 7 so you’ll just have to wait”. What I couldn’t understand is how you helped 3 other people that came in after me. And furthermore when I asked to speak with a manager you literally said “that’s her” and pointed once he came to speak with me. The manager proceeds to lean on the counter look at me and look around at the clerk (she’s pointing at me) and says “I’m the manager”. The look n sound of carelessness was enough for me to simply say “I can see you don’t have concerns with helping anyone that looks like me so I’ll take my time and tires elsewhere”. The manager “(sarcasm)so ma’am, anything else I can help with”…….if you could see the look on his carefree face.
Only for me to go back to get an oil change and to have same rude service clerk speak to me twice and the other rude clerk(different lady) charge me double the price and after I asked about the serv merch being added (32$) crickets……..
Thanks to the technician that came out to fix the problem.

Pay attention, these words are for the manager to let the owner of this Walmart know the following: first, a Walmart worker who is placed at the entrance to check the invoices is disrespectful to people, pay attention to this individual.
Second, there is a bad smell in some hallways.
Third, this Walmart almost never has any products, they don't stock the products, there are almost never the things you need. You have to go to Mckinney to buy things.
This message is in a constructive way so that they improve their service
