Damir was great with assisting me with the packaging for the return as well as the 5th phone call to Shark to do a simple return and ended up at the FedEx store because I could not see or print the return label from home. His politeness and kindness was exceptional and I wish I could contact his supervisor to let him know how wonderful he is.
