Rainbow Connection has been a huge blessing to our family. My daughter has been going there for 4 years and I have never had an issue. You know it’s a great learning center when your child wants to stay longer when you pick her up.

My family absolutely loves Rainbow Connection! My two youngest were enrolled there, after Mrs. Neelye had my oldest at another facility. The teachers are amazing, and give my girls something to look forward to every school day. They are alway so excited to share what they learned! I can not recommend Rainbow Connection, enough!!

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. It's a daycare, if you're expecting perfection, then nowhere is going to be good for you. However, as a parent of children with special needs, Neelye and Teresa both go out of their way to make us feel comfortable leaving our daughter and two boys in their care. Our daughter is 2 and non-verbal, but when she leaves my arms to go into theirs, that says it all.

Went to go pick up my niece and this place is a dump! Over-ratio not enough people working. Honestly I feel bad for them you can tell they are extremely overwhelmed the workers. Oh and they let teachers come back that quit and walked and let children get bit, I will be reporting them to state this place needs better care!

I saw definitely sceptical about daycares. Especially with everything on the news. Certain circumstances made us put our kids in daycare. At first I was very negative about it. Now after almost a year I'm so glad I did. Diane and her staff do what they can and my kids are doing well. My youngest doesn't like change and is definitely a stick in the mud. Although he is all that his teachers know who to get him to engage and make him not think about how nervous he is. My oldest is learning so much and I fell he is being prepared for school. You can tell they care about their kids. I feel that Diane and her staff are just amazing.

I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone. Our daughter is 2yrs old. Has had HFM disease 3 times, lice once, next day got her nose bruised by "someone sitting on her face while sleeping ". Went to ER and she has deep intrusion. She said someone hit her. But yet they got no cameras that work. Place just seems sketchy

3 year old classroom consistently over ratio. Facility is clean, but many of the teachers don’t seem very happy. Does not appear to be much of a curriculum or policy regarding discipline. My daughter said the kids in her class hit each other and the teachers. She was bullied by one student in particular who called her fat this past Friday. Over the month we attended, she grew increasingly more afraid of this one student, as well as the director. They also pitched one rate, and two weeks after starting, they raised the rates by $80 a month. The only heads up of this increase was a paper on the door the week prior. If rates were going up by that much, I should have been notified upon enrolling. In general, I’d say the kids are bored, the teachers are overworked, and I sure hope they use that tuition increase on more staff. I really liked the main teacher, but poor girl can’t do it all alone.

The perfect place for my little Mr. Man to grow and learn... Awesome group of ladies... I have never had an issue with mental break downs with my kiddo when it is time to drop off... He is ALWAYS excited to go to "school"!!!My favorite part is that everything, including the curriculum and meal planning, is based off the area school districts structure... They even have 2 certified teachers that make sure the kiddos know everything they need to know to start grade school... And the same people that run the nutrition department of Princeton ISD come out and monitor the meals like they do the schools...Transition into grade school should be fairly seamless for him... I love this place!!!
