“For the most part, for a post office… it’s not bad. Employees are always friendly and lines, although can get long, they do their best to move them along efficiently. Parking lot has a few issues but not as bad as many other post offices I’ve been to.”

“Such kind and helpful people work at this location! Every time I go in I leave with a smile on my face…..which is definitely not the case at other USPS locations. The lady that delivers to our house is just as nice! She gives treats to my puppies and brings our packages all the way up our drive. Thankful for her!”

“Cami was the nicest and most hospitable worker I’ve ever have the pleasure of meeting at the post office. She was busy yet so nice helping us get our passports in order. A true asset to that office.”

“What wonderful service! Most of the time you go into the post office and the clerks are already in a bad mood because they work for the government and they think it’s a requirement but not here. Polite, courteous and informative. Thank you so much.”

“A USPS Dallas carrier mis-delivered an entire buggy of my town's mail, to the town next to us (Nevada). I had an important and expensive package in that mix-up. To avoid having to wait around all day (again) for this package, I took a chance and just drove to the Nevada USPS location to ask about it. I don't know his name, but a gentlemen there was nice enough to go through the bin and find my package for me (so that I did not have to wait around another day.) Thanks again, Sir!”

“I mostly use them for P.O. Box. Sometimes i need to pick up a package. Yes, some waiting is involved. But other than that no problems. More services were available here before. Not sure about that now. Its the main post office for McKinney next to Dickeys BBQ And McDonalds. Located right off highway 75.”
