Maybe I came at a bad time. But upon arrival was trying to get information from the sales assistant.but obviously he was not interested in helping , probably let alone being there. After finding the items myself and having to wait for them to come from the back or hiding for almost 15 min. I was disappointed in the way overall my customer experience was. I usually love coming to O’Reilly and asking the guys car questions but today threw the whole experience away. Don’t visit this store if you actually value the automotive experience.

I used to work for this company the manager like to have relationships with accounts to give them nice discounts as well as there is a felon who works there and they have a no felon policy so I would never go there the better place to go to is the one in mckinney off McDonald's by 380
