“I thought I needed a oil change because my oil light was on, I was not due until another 1,000 miles.
The manager ,@ the Princeton TX location said all it needed was topping off the oil. He also checked all of the other fluids free of charge! How honest! This is why I continue to go to Jiffy Lube!

“Upon arrival, was acknowledged within moments even though employees were assisting prior arrivals. Was geeted warmly, staff heard my request and gave info on expected wait time. During service, worker shared observations and recommendations on visuals seen while tending to oil change; as car was recently bought and going on road trip, was grateful for the help with taking into consideration things I hadn't had time to do myself. Recommendations were stated as matter-of-fact, felt no pressure to have any additional services done, only felt a sense of kind concern from staff as to what may effectively benefit myself and my vehicle in the long run. Will continue to have our 3 vehicles serviced at this location, am grateful to have a trustworthy group here with excellent service. Many thanks!”
