We went to metro in Princeton tx the service sucked. The Spanish ladie didn't want to help us by no means im truly disappointed she didn't even tell us her name we cam on wensday July 10 at 100 so who ever worked that time needs to be reported worst service ever

Very bad experience for the girl today, June 8, 2024, the person in charge on duty served in a despotic manner. I hope they take action on the matter because I am a client of theirs and they have to do what one asks of them because one is the one who pay ?????

Edna was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. She was able to answer all my questions no mater how complex it was. I highly recommend going to this store not only because of its products but the amazing service Edna provides.

They had a very limited selection of phones and didn't honor there upgraded phone prices even though I was due an upgrade at the discounted price. Highly recommend finding a different store to do business with
