“JPS Diesel Shop is the place to go if you have a diesel truck, I can assure you. They are experts with all things diesel. I was extremely impressed starting with my first communication with them on the phone. I had a 1-ton diesel GMC pickup truck that had starting and ignition issues, and I had been to more than one shop about it, but it continued to have issues with starting. One shop wanted to replace the starter plus other work that would be over $1,000. I declined because it is an extra vehicle we use to pull our RV, and I called JPS at the request of my wife after she read their reviews. They took an immediate interest in diagnosing and correcting my problem. Since the truck would not start, the owner and a technician came to my house to look at it. With no service call charge. After an inspection, the issue was quickly diagnosed, fixed, and within a few minutes, the truck was running for the first time in many weeks. Now it runs just fine without replacing several parts I thought I may need and that any other shop would surely have charged me accordingly! They are the most honest, respectful and expert diesel mechanics I’ve ever seen.
