Recently started going to this Ace Hardware location and has by far been the best experience. Tyler has helped us every time we go. He has taken his time in listening to our concerns and doing his best to find solutions. He is a very knowledgeable and caring employee and truly shows his commitment to wanting to help people. He is the best example of what great customer service looks like. Hats off to Tyler, and this Ace Hardware location!

Good local hardware store. Their online inventory is not correct. Call to verify unique or hard to find items. The store is clean, parking is plentiful.

Every time I’ve been in this Ace Hardware, I’ve received great service by knowledgeable staff. In particular, Kaleb has helped me on multiple occasions when I wasn’t even sure what I needed to be looking for or where to find it. He knows the products and their location like the back of his hand! Thanks for hiring people like Kaleb.

I had gotten keys copied but when I tested them the didn't turn in the lock. I went back and there was no push back or denial about it. The associate was kind, listened to me, discovered the issue with first set of keys, and then took the right steps to correct them. Ace definitely stands by their work and will make sure it is right.

It always seems to have the weird item that is hard to find other places. Associates are always friendly and try to help. It'll be a little pricier than some of the bigger box stores bit a lot closer, so it balances out.

Went to get propane refilled. Told the staff would be available in a few minutes. Went inside at 15”, told by clerk that he should’ve already been outside to refill tank. Nada. 30”, packed up my unfilled tank and left for Farmers Supply. Won’t go back.

I went in looking for wood putty and found it and I also saw that ace has an isle with spray paints a lot of colors and new colors I have not seen at other stores.

Prices are high. But workers are sweet and go above and beyond. So as long as you got the money or you got a coupon ur in for a good time
