This place is bright and easily accessible in the places where money can be TAKEN from customers, but clearly does not care about customers because the restrooms are literally shut down. When inquired about the Unavailability of the restrooms, the station attendant was very rude and got belligerent informing that they dont offer restrooms. What kind of service station THIS LARGE does not have rest rooms? Isn't that the whole point of a Service station, sir? And if you don't like people.. how about not work in the 'Service' industry at a
'S E R V I C E' station. The audacity of it all. Not at all funny but you gone find out today how intelligent, hard-working Americans deal with belligerence, poor concept, and service from your business. WE SHUT DOWN our dollars when you shut down ammenities.
And if u think this is just my harsh opinion, consider the fact that it is prohibited BY LAW to have a business that serves over a certain amount of guests without having bathroom access.. how's that for a review. Someone please call this to the attention of the city council there.

This place has roaches. They were all over the coffee cups and the coffee station. When I went to tell the owner about this he got an attitude and said there was nothing over there. So, since apparently, my eyes don’t work, I decided to come to Google. Good luck with this place if you plan on getting food ?

They "shut down" their bathrooms every night for "cleaning" and wouldn't even let a 4 year old go pee in perfectly functioning bathrooms even tho my kid was bursting.

I decided to stop at this Shell gas station on my way to vacation. Well not only was the atmosphere not welcoming at all but the young man that was there seem as if he was ready to go home. He had an attitude the entire time ? not sure why. But the store was nice.. clean.. well put together and the rest room omg they smelled so good ? A Lot of items you can buy there from snacks to crosses and cowboy hats ? i hope they hire someone who is welcoming because as people like myself travel and stop there to get gas or a snack or a cowboy hat ? is better when the visit is welcoming because you will definitely have customers like myself stop there every single time i come tru there...
