“Recently inherited a 21 yr. old double yellow headed Amazon, Billie, from a friend who can no longer care for her due to health issues. Called in Ramona with an SOS to assist me in getting her groomed and ready for integration into my household. The amount of information I was provided was amazing - what a resource to have in your corner. Best thing about it was the visit was a remote visit. She came to me and I was able to get the comfort that Billie will be okay. Since the visit, Billie has fully accepted the change and lives to be handled. She's an amazing addition to my home! Thank you to both Ramonas for the help!! Will be using their services in the future.”
