“Just received the best customer service from this fine business! It’s over 100 degrees today and, while my child and I were running errands, my van died. I spoke with their dispatcher to let her know we’d be close but couldn’t stay in that heat. I received a phone call shortly after from the driver for an estimate time, he was on his way! Well he couldn’t have been more thoughtful of our comfort and our safety. Also, the most important part he operated quickly and efficiently! From start to finish, with a drive time of 15 minutes both ways on his part, it totaled roughly 45mins!!! I’m so appreciative of this company. Thank you Dino and Texoma Auto Care! After several calls back and forth, AAA was able to locate Rick’s Towing. Once the service call was confirmed, I received a phone call from the very professional, kind, courteous gentleman that would be assisting me. He provided my with an ETA and when he arrived he was quick, friendly, and went above and beyond for me due to so unforeseen difficulties with my tire situation. I am so thankful for this company! After being stuck with a flat for several hours over night, it was all worth the wait to receive such fantastic service. Keep up the amazing work!
