Patty Melt consisted of 3 red onion rings on top of an overcooked hamburger patty on rye bread with dressing. Patty Melts are made with plenty of white or yellow sautéed onions smothered on burger. No manager ever came to our table to apologize even though we never sent it back but showed waitress who said she would address the problem with manager and kitchen. Then they charged us a higher price for a menu drink which we addressed and they fixed as well as charging my husband for a cheese replacement( pepper jack instead of cheddar). Also be aware that they charge a convenience fee of $2 for credit instead of paying cash. It is right on the marina, but it is still unacceptable.........,,

We have been taking the same family boating trip for 7 years now at Highport. We take it the exact same day and time each year....12pm-6pm. My family comes to visit me in Dallas from Chicago and Oklahoma and we drive out to Pottsboro. I booked our boat rental on their direct website back in May. The new management is horrifying! Brittany tried to get us to cancel the second we walked in for our rental. She said a "huge storm was coming directly for us, hail and everything" and that if we cancel we can get a full refund but if we decide to take it out and have to come back because of a storm we get no refund. My dad looked at the weather and said the storm was no where near us, so we told her we would take our chances. There was no one else at their marina (now I know why!) it was so obvious they didn't want us to stay and have to wait around on us. We had a great day out on the boat (beautiful weather too) until Brittany called us. Before anyone said anything at all she started yelling, cussing, and threatening us...she said we were late and she was going to call the patrol to tow us back and she was charging us $50 every minute we were late. What on earth?! I could barely get out the words "our contract is until 6pm" before she cut me off yelling she sees it but it's a glitch in their system they close at 4pm. The entire phone conversation was draw dropping ...she was on speaker while my entire family of 10 listened to her. (I can still go on their direct website and book a boat until 6:30pm...so doesn't seem to be a glitch in their system).We got back to the dock and there she was stomping and yelling on the dock as we tried to gather our things and get off. The dock boys were very kind, and apologized 100 times for her behavior and said they heard her phone conversation and couldn't believe how she was acting. My husband told me to go to the car because I was carrying my daughter who was sleeping, but as I was walking away they came to get me because Brittany refused to talk to anyone except for me who made the reso and said she didn't want to talk in front of "all of these people" who were just my family members. She told my husband to get me and she would apologize. I walked back in with my daughter in my hands and listened to two seconds of her yelling and throwing her hands around and walked right back out with only saying one thing "have a wonderful day." The whole experience was jaw dropping. Will be looking for a new marina for our yearly trip. I suggest you stay far away from this place until they replace Brittany!

L O L $1600 for an 8 hour boat rental. That's not even including gas. You guys are crazy, no wonder why you don't have any bookings.

Great restrooms! They're clean and well stocked. Gas attendants help you dock, pay, and fill up.

I inquired about the price of a boat I was interested in due to its color and amenities and was asked where I live. When I told them they told me I could not purchase a boat from them because another Harris dealer was closer to me. I am 169 miles from this Harris boat dealer. The last I knew all 50 states accepted United States currency.

It was busy, but it's the 4th of July.If I was to buy another boat I would park it here without reservation. Lots of very high ports and nice gear available here. Fits boats of all sizes.l like the lake too. Good area, a real natural lake, not man made. Good fish. Nice beaches for a lake and plenty of spots to drop in for free if you are of the mind and have a small kayak or just some floats. Most places are dog friendly. But be careful!!Have fun.

Man the size of this Marina was amazing. Very well kept and boat traffic flows very nicely. The boat storage, slips and docks were amazing to walk through. Going back again soon!!!
