Unfortunately my visit was very subpar. I went through the In-Bay Automatic SoftGloss and paid for the $13 wash. The system itself looked very worn and the bay was bone dry but I still decided to try it because these are good systems. The wash itself was very lackluster, the brush coverage on the top was very light and hovered above the hood barely touching it. I also noticed that the ONLY chemical applied was the pre soak, no clear coat, no wax, no rain repellent, the spot free wasn't even spot free because it left my car looking worse than before I went in. The dryers on the driver's side barely worked but the passenger side was pretty good. I haven't been through the Tunnel but it looks much more modern and nice, the manual bays here are nice and clean though so if you want to wash by hand I'd recommend. If I could possibly get a Re-Wash that would be great but if not that's okay!

It was just like it was when I was in high school. I've always used the drive through car washes but it was nice to get out and scrub my new car (well it's new to me) used car....it costs $2 in the stalls or 8 quarters. You can now swipe your credit card but be careful because they put a $10 hold on your account. Other than me charging the $2 on my cash app card it put a $10 hold on it and I needed that $10 when I left there I headed to HEB. It was a success go and wash your car today ? well let's see how long it takes for them to put it back on my card.

Do not use this place! I used it for one car wash and I pressed “NO” for a membership… I just noticed they have me charging me for a $18.99 membership monthly without my knowledge. And I’m not the only one!! Don’t use your card for this place

Wasted $13 and my car looks horrible. And I had to go back and scrub of the dirt and residue. Tires are still as dirty. You need to clean your bays they smell like fish and fix your equipment cause it doesn’t work and your soap needs to be better quality and maybe add warm water to your rinse

If I could leave less stars I would. Everything about this place is a rip off. I've used their membership and gotten half fast washes. Most of the vacuums don't work half the time. Today on christmas day I decided to go wash my car manually, And at ate every third quarter. I lost $4 worth of quarters. Because I didn't want to just forsake the couple dollars I had already put in, And still had to drive home with my car covered half and soap. Don't waste your money. Your water hose at home is more efficient

Everything was fine until I canceled my membership and they continued billing me for 5 months after. Then when I was finally able to reach them they would only reimburse me for 4 months because I didn't provide them a 2 week notice. Where did/ does it state a 2 week notice is required to cancel? Is this like giving a notice for a job? Pretty ridiculous.
