This Walgreens has great customer service, everyone is really helpful. The store is clean, and the restrooms are always spotless. It’s my go-to spot when I’m in town, and there’s a Starbucks nearby, which is super convenient.

Was going to leave 2 reviews since I visited twice today but the site only gives you an opportunity to leave one. Had a great experience with my last visit 15 minutes before close, only thing Catalina machine didn't print my 5 dollar register reward but it might be because I was not at that register....but staff was kind and I didn't notice until I left. The gentleman is always nice even late at night which is a blessing for people who have last minute things to buy. First visit I was helped by Khalia and as always she was so sweet and helpful, and more than that she takes the time to recognize the customers from previous visits. The staff is always great but she honestly is the one who steps up her customer service the most. Great store always clean and staff is the reason I go to this location more often than others and anyone who knows me knows I visit Walgreens weekly...even Khalia noticed one week I skipped and mentioned it to me...I told her I had gone to the competitor and she smiled and said she was glad I had come back. Speaking as a Supervisor of several locations of a different business, staff is hard to find and great staff is a blessing. I hope you as a company realize the blessing they all are for your brand and recognize them.

The pharmacy is SLOW. 10 to 15 minute wait time per car every time I go is crazy. It's not much better inside and that's with only one person waiting in front of you.
Switched to a different pharmacy that's much faster and open on weekends. Such a shame. This pharmacy location used to be good.

This location can be incredibly rude and unprofessional or just okay. The predictability with the pharmacy needs improvement. I say this with other people's warnings in mind. I didn't believe what they had to say was true, but now I know.
They're curt and if you need assistance they're sure to cut you off mid sentence, running you off as quick as possible before you get a chance to explain what you're really asking for. It's as if they don't really want to hear you even talk. They couldn't care less about anyone it seems. Very impersonal people.
I've been to other Walgreens but never one like this.

Please pay attention to how the pharmacy inputs your medication. They literally have screwed me for the time being and now I can’t get it. The pharmacy staff is extremely rude and to ask me if I take it the way I’m supposed to when I’ve been on the med the last two years is extremely incompetent. I definitely will be contacting a higher up about this but I’m more than positive how they are running the medications to insurance is not ok.

This pharmacy staff is very rude to me, and are too slow. I have transferred all of my prescriptions to HEB pharmacy. Breath of fresh air!!

Ups access site at Walgreens:I had an incredibly frustrating experience with UPS Shipping recently. I needed to send out a large package and thought UPS would be the best choice. However, when I arrived at their location, I was met with disappointment and confusion. The staff refused to let me ship my box, claiming it was too big.I understand that there are size limitations, but the way they handled the situation was disappointing. Instead of offering any alternative solutions or suggestions, they simply turned me away with no further assistance. I felt like my business wasn't valued, and they showed little empathy for my situation.As a customer, I expect shipping companies to be equipped to handle various sizes of packages, especially when they claim to be experts in the industry. This incident left me inconvenienced and forced me to find another shipping option last minute, which was highly inconvenient.I hope UPS can improve their customer service and communication, especially when dealing with such situations. As it stands, I cannot recommend their services based on my recent experience.
