Came in to replace a damaged phone/upgrade and come to find out we had some crazy mix-up with our account and was getting over-charged for a phone that was paid off. Laura helped us and spent plenty of hours doing so while juggling other customers and keeping them and us satisfied in the process under a lot of stress. We are extemely thankful for her patience and quality customer care!

Purchase new phone, now they want to charge to swap info from old to new phone. Wanted to buy a new case also and selection not a good and looked very cheap. Customer service was really good

great staff excellent customer service staff. in and out in less then 10 mins. only 4 stars CAUSE THEY TOOK ALL MY MONEY!!!!!!!!!! ha ha ha they got me a new screen protector so $ well spent.

Needed a new screen protector and wasn't able to obtain due to not being open every time I tried but this place not only had one but the very nice lady applied it to my phone and did a great job!

The girls who work there are so freaking nice, I'm insane and they sat there and explained everything to me in a way I would understand and everything they offered me I got, a great deal. thank you for training them properly, I used to work for ATT and there ewere dishonest. Thank you

Monica and her team lie (administration) in rates and promotions as well as package deals just so they can meet their quotas. Promise specific rates to land sales then in return come to find out are all false or they just simply don’t know what they are doing. As a local business who switched from AT&T to join Verizon services this is completely uncalled for; my bill now is $220 MORE expensive then what I use to pay and no one at the Portland, Tx location even cares to fix the issue or even address it. Verizon Wireless support does not approve of Russel Cellular methods nor the staff; apologized and tried to assist but they had stated the team at the location of signup had to fix the pricing and promotions. This place is a scam and regardless of you being an interested customer in the beginning they turn that to negativity after the signup is complete because they just added to their sales log. Taking to small claims. Do not signup here call in to signup or go to corporate locations actual Verizon locations.
