We've been using TKO Security at our store for several years now and have never had a complaint with them! Their customer service is great and the tech support is always quick to resolve any issues that come up.

Being local Business owners we tried to use a local company in Portland for our alarm system needs. The first red flag was having to chase down a sales team to get a quote , after filling out the online form twice and getting no calls after two days. I took it upon myself to call two days in a row . First woman I spoke to sounded so flustered and less than enthusiastic about getting someone out for a quote much less Offering a call back . After my 3rd call on a separate day due to no response, a gentleman explained they had a bad previous week due to being short staffed .That honesty was appreciated and understood. The sales staff came and gave a quote that day , but when the owner Kenneth called with the quote later that day is when things went south. I guess Kenneth doesn’t have the personality run a business because when he was denied a expensive camera installation after we only requested the alarm system he got offended and hung up . I called the office back to explain we only wanted the alarm system and no video /camera system and requested to speak with Kenneth like the owner he is , his sales staff refused and we never got a call back. Wow, what a business owner when you can’t even handle a telephone call. Too bad now because he did not only lose one local business owner but about three others business and residential customers as well! Thank for the call back Kenneth !

Business owner to business owner I felt this needed to be shared : Learning your customer’s viewpoint is valuable for every aspect of your business like problem resolutions. It is also critical to put yourself in their shoes. Serve them like you would want to be treated if the roles were reversed. This is something the owner Kenneth should implement! Recently moved to Portland Tx and TKO set up my system in my rental home before I even moved in. This was a HUGE relief because I was having to move thing back and forth from 1000 miles away. I felt so safe and secure knowing my home was protected with my things in it. I HIGHLY recommend their services they are cost friendly and very helpful when any questions come up!

I had a very unprofessional dealing with Kenneth Voyles. The owner of TKO Security. Mr. Boyle’s Called me this morning needing to buy a power supply for a job his technician was servicing in Odessa Tx.I told him the part was around a $120.00. I took time leave a job I was working on to meet his technician to save him from driving to Lubbock & back to Odessa. I charged TKO security $150.00. After charging them I received a 1 star review about how we overcharged them. I promptly refunded them the $30.00 he thought was overcharged. I have been in the security industry for 17 years & have never dealt with someone as unprofessional as Mr. Voyles. I wish I would have known in advance what he was like to deal with. I asked him to please remove the review & was hung up on. If $30 makes him that rude. I can only imagine what he must be like to deal with on a daily basis. All you would of had to do Mr. Voyles was to call me & discuss you’re concerns like a professional business owner. Try to be nice & help someone out & this is how you treat them.
