*Update* went to the store in Portland and they stood behind the defective made product 100% and exchanged them for another boot that will hopefully wear better for longer. Thank You ?Poor Quality. Bought these shoes a few months ago and now the insides are falling apart. Cost $220 plus inserts $50.00I’m going there in next day or two and see if they will warranty them.

My husband went there and he said that the employees were nice, but couldn't fixed his boots, it's different brand, they only do their own brands.

I Would like to start out by saying how very pleasant Angelica Reyes was how quick and courteous, also answered all my questions and concerns. I got a pair of boots a couple weeks ago and felt great at time but over the new few weeks it started hurting my feet. Angelica took very good care of me and the problems i was having since my experience with her and the store i will always get my work PPE from her or this store.. thank you very much Angelica Reyes...

Was only customer and waited 5 minutes to be helped. Was told I could exchange boots if boots weren’t comfortable. Wasn't told that the boot I bought was excluded from that, until I tried to exchange. Was told by employee “well we don’t even have to tell you about the guarantee”

This store is the go to place for quality boots. Sales team very professional.The boots I purchased are my sixth pair I purchased in my lifetime. Redwings are the only product I can wear, reason being quality, proper fit, material and service. The boots I wear are American made.I have no break in period with these boots. Put them on and get back to work.

the customer service provided by Angelica was top notch. i learned not only was i wearing the wrong size but also the boots i had been wearing where not even protecting me from the specific hazards of my job. she somehow knew as much about the industry i work in as i do. take care of this one red wing if all my employees where like anglica i’d never have a worry. thank you all so much

My husband left his old Red Wing boots with many miles on them for repair (new heels and repaired stitching) and purchased another pair just like them in a different color. He was so happy that Red Wing offers boot repair done through the factory so he didn't have to seek an outside repair service. Angelica measured his foot precisely to ensure a proper fit. The new boots fit him perfectly right out of the box so he hd no reservations at all about purchasing them. It has been about 3 weeks now, he has worn them everyday, and he says they still feel great! We cannot say enough good things about the quality of the boots or the customer service provided by Angelica! She had worked with me online before Christmas for a gift certificate which turned out to be a nice surprise for him. He was so pleased the same work boots were still available when he finally decided it was time to go shopping. Kudos to Red Wing for quality products and staff. Keep up the good work!

Just picked up a pair of the most comfortable boots I've ever bought! Thank the lord that this store opened up in Portland. I've been settling for lesser quality work boots for quite some time now, and I'm really kicking myself for not trying Red Wings sooner. I'm not exaggerating when I say that they are the most comfortable boots. Until now, I've never been able to make it through a 12-hour shift without some kind of pain in my feet. The slightly higher price for these boots is negligible, considering the quality is noticeably superior to the big box retail brands. You also get something here that you don't at the big brand stores, and that's exceptional customer service! I don't know what the other reviewer was smoking, but I had a great experience when I was there. The manager greeted me as I walked in and was very attentive. She was very knowledgeable and explained the differences in several of the different boots. She was very patient, too, as I must have tried on ten different pairs before finding to perfect fit. I never felt rushed even though there were several other people in the store. I know it wasn't just me, as she was just as friendly and helpful to them as she was to me. I will definitely shop here again and you should feel confident in doing the same!

This store has very knowledge staff and they proved they are subject matter experts. When I arrived I began choosing shoes and instructed that I need a pair of my current size. Without hesitation the saleswoman, Angelica, grabbed the shoes I requested, but before I put them on she measured my feet. It turned out I was a different shoe size than what I normally wear. Then she verified my company's shoe requirement and provided me with the shoes that I would be eligible to purchase. While, I waited I was allowed to charge my phone on their charger. I sincerely want to thank the staff working at the store for professionalism and working diligently to ensure I receive the best customer service. Thank you.

Absolutely top notch service! I have never been to a shoe store that their number one adjective was customer satisfaction. Angelica was such a great help, and was actually attentive in every way to find a boot that fit the needs of my work environment, comfort and style. I felt like I was at a shoe salon. I picked different styles and she did the rest. Most stores just try to sell a shoe... Angelica and and Redwing sold me a great experience. I'll be back again.

Angelica was the greatest! Her and a gentleman helped me in any way possible with the boots I purchased. The Store was clean with a friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend her. Any questions I had she answered professionally. Thank you Red Wing Shoes for hiring such a great person.
