I have read all the information about the reason they chose to change their name from NavyArmy to Rally. I have been banking there for as long as I can remember and I KNEW this bank was NOT just for the military. Since the fiasco change they have REJECTED my paychecks because I still endorse them as NACCU. They have held onto my money for their convenience and shown it deposited but funds are not available. They have had months of technical problems when I try to deposit it online. They are rude when I try to call and ask them why it matters. I started banking there specifically because it was NavyArmy. I am now going to move ALL my money to Randolph-Brooks. And I also know you don’t have to be military to bank there. The public is smarter than you think.

This bank in Portland tx NACCU is getting more and more inconvenient . ive banked here for about 20 years. Bank tellers inside dont even smile or are customer friendly. I used to go through drive thru but ever since they got the new machines i avoid them along with other people i know. I guess they want to save money on drive thru bank tellers. So im forced to go inside now just to encounter tellers that look unhappy about their job. Im looking for a new bank now with convenient drive thru and happy tellers.

Sometimes employees are just rude or always talking amongst each other. Or simply can’t say be right with you. Instead just stair at you and keep talking about non sense. One time I had an employee say I can’t chose how I want MY MONEY BACK. Like no I most definitely can.Also since they got rid of the drive threw tellers.. replaced with a electronic one.. So tell me why now I get charged moving my money into another account when I told I could do everything like I could do before… So I’m assuming now I’m forced to go inside to move my own money around. This bank is becoming more and more inconvenient. I know I’m allowed 6 transfer on app per month. So I went to the bee drive through just to be charged a fee but if I guess went inside no fee. But why tell me these new drive through safe the same when clearly not.

I always have an amazing experience of pure helpfulness when ever I’m able to speak with an associate here at Navy Army, no matter what the case may be. One Associate I’d like to call out specifically is... I believe her name is Valarie? She was so kind, so patient, so helpful, and her nurturing voice made solving my issues appear to be all the more important to her. I give her a max star rating!

Only reason i gave one star is because thats the lowest I could go. Bank and customer service is complete garbage. They cant even pick up the phone. Dont waste your time go to a different location

Unfortunately it's easier to get something done online vs speaking to a real live person. For the 4th time today I'm on hold for over 20 mins just to get my card working again.

Stay away from this bank if you want your money protected! This bank cares nothing about its members or customer service. After many attempts and hours spent in trying to change the status of my account to prevent a former business partner from steeling funds from my account this bank never took the time to remove that person. When the funds were removed by this person after I had said this was a danger the bank did nothing to correct its mistake. They were dismisive and evasive. It took several calls and me going to the main branch just to find out that they intended to do nothing about the theft they allowed. To add insult to injury they went so far as to lie and say they had offered to close the account and I refused, this was done in attempt to cover up their ineptitude. It was infuriating and demoralizing!

Shout out to Janie Gutierrez who processed our son’s refi auto loan. Janie was awesome! If you need a loan officer who listens to your specific requests and pays attention to detail, Janie is the person you want. She is efficient, flexible, and accommodating. We were able to get the whole process completed in the same afternoon thanks to her outstanding customer service. Thank you, Janie!
